Always a sure thing on flavor, quantity, quality, pricing and service. We come to Charleston 2x a year for multiple weeks and this is on our "must go" list weekly. Always has surprising daily menu additions. Today was banana pudding pancakes. The best chicken anywhere.Service is exceptional and with any small cafe, table turnover is crucial for client convenience and to make a profit. I watched while a "bus man" ran constantly and thoroughly bussed tables. Having worked as a waitress and a manager, a dedicated bus man is a quiet and often unnoticed cog in the wheel. I am impressed. This guy may get recruited elsewhere-I would hire him in a minute. I do suggest a table basin/tray to support him. He diligently carried "stacks" of precarious dinner ware, mugs, glassware making multiple trips, a bus tray/basin is helpful. He is my Employee of the Month! Wish I had gotten his name.
When you are on Savannah Highway, there is not a better place for breakfast or lunch. Every visit to the area includes a stop here. Ask for Hannah for outstanding service and an OUTSTANDING overall experience. Keep up the GREAT work and will be back soon.

There is no better place for a homey breakfast. If you can find TLB, parking won't be a problem. Family friendly.

Just meh.... the scramble was more like a very small omelet. Mine was half the size of the one pictured, but size is not the issue. The cheddar cheese tasted like nachos sauce from a movie theater, very little gravy. The pancake was tasty, although not as fluffy as I like mine.

Breakfast was delicious, service was fantastic. Was going to go to Ruby Sunshine but you have to pay to park. Then decided on Toast, but seen this diner on the route. So happy we decided to detour here! Highly recommend the fried green tomatoes!

Cute little diner along Savannah Hwy! Food is delicious and affordable and the service is great. Small parking lot so it might be hard to find a spot during peak hours, but I didn't personally have an issue with parking when I visited. Definitely returning soon!

Took my family there after church, we loved everything! Highly recommend going there. I had the fried pickles and ranch - best ones I have ever had! Every was homemade!

Food was delicious and great atmosphere. I know they were busy but we had to constantly ask for drink refills and to go boxes. Could have been new waiter. This was our 1st visit but I would still go back.
