We tried this place for the first time in the 5 years we’ve lived in Charleston, and we only regret one thing— not trying it sooner! It was super affordable ($13 for 20 shrimp and 2 HEAPING sides of your choice!!) and the service was fantastic! We tried the hush puppies and they were amazing! Overall, it was worth every penny,& is a true hidden gem of Charleston! This is the BEST seafood I have had since being in Charleston, and we can’t wait to go back!
Burnt food and they forgot the main course and this place is kinda nasty. Need I say more.

My husband and I went here for the first time ever. It is really a wonderful whole in the wall. The staff was exceptionally nice. We had wonderful conversation with our waiter. The food was amazing! I loved the quaintness of the place. We will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian I was pleasantly surprised at all the vegetarian options.

We have been going to Easterby's for over 20 years. Some of the best seafood and fresh veggie's in Charleston and the food is reasonably priced. We never understood why there wasn't long lines at Easterby's. Other places that don't have the quality of food have lines, but Easterby's doesn't. We can only guess it is the location. Give Easterby's a try, I think you will be amazed.

Chuck, thank you and the kitchen for giving us a great first experience. Even though you were the lone wait staff, you did an excellent job. It was absolutely worth the short wait.The food was amazing! The shrimp sampler was perfect. Fried, grilled, and bacon wrapped. Cooked perfectly, great tartar and cocktail sauces to go with it. The fried okra was perfect, as well as the green beans. The grilled potatoes were a smash hit with everyone too. The cole slaw was a little too sweet for me, but the wife and kids loved it. The scallops were great, grilled perfectly. The crab cakes!! WOW! Try the crab cakes!! The hush puppies were pretty good, but I really want to try the fried tomatoes next time.
Visiting in Charleston for air show went with friends here. It was OK, reasonably priced. Flounder and shrimp with grilled potatoes, coleslaw.
