Joshua was our server and was absolutely fantastic! I normally don't do reviews, but he was so personable and helpful, I had too. The food was really great too. The pork tenderloin was so tasty and very reasonably priced. Overall, dinner was phenomenal and this is coming from someone who works in the industry and has very high expectations. I would 10/10 recommend.
I have used the word superb exactly 4 times in my life. The 5th will be to describe this restaurant. I didn't even want to wait until we left to post a review. The food is absolutely exceptional and the service is even better. Paula is one of the most genuinely nice human beings I've ever met. They are the most dietary and allergen restrictive conscious restaurant, probably in all of Charleston. They had no issue accommodating my latex allergy.

Such an amazing dining experience at Edison tonight. Our server, Joshua was incredible and made an impromptu date night feel like a truly special experience. The food was perfectly thought out and our dishes were everything we could have desired and more. Fabulous evening and we can’t wait for another date night at Edison soon!!
