This place is terrible as well it takes them 20-45min to microwave a bagel and by the time you get it is stale . There cofee takes like water and is extermely bitter when it is supposed to be sweet . The service is terrible to don't waste your time waiting for stale bagel or distugting waterdown cofee gross just go to the Pod stations or wait until Liberty , bistro , or the Market it open since it is just terrible.

The summer hours posted at the store's front don't match the website. They open at 8am in the summer, the main website should get updated it says 7am. But they get a 5 for the two ladies opening the store this morning. They saw me outside and let me inside to order. They made my order in record time, and it was delicious. Thank you, ladies. :)

Employees were just sitting around and when they should have been opened according to the times on the door, the door was locked. There was no sign on the door that said they wouldn't be open. The Employees seen me try to open the door and waved at me to go away. No one bothered to come out to say why they weren't open. Do better.

I have went twice. The first time, they messed up my two items 3 times in a row, totaling over an hour for two bagels when I was the only one in the store because one of the two employees there was clearly on drugs and almost non responsive.I gave them a second chance by going back and ordering a bacon, egg and cheese bagel; I was one out of 3 customers in the store. They forgot the bacon. It said it on the ticket, the screen, and both employees heard me say it.At least the food is good, but if I go back for a third time and they mess it up again, I’m never going back.

Even though it is usually packed (as any college place is), I love love love this place. The bagels are good and warm, and the sweet tea is always nice. There have been times on occasion where the tea was unsweet and nobody really cared, but I don’t except amazing customer service with a college place like this. All I expect are good bagels in a okayish timely fashion, and they do just that.
Why is it not open during posted times. If it closes during the summer then have that on google. It doesn’t make any sense that I drive 30 mins to go to one of my favorite places to eat and it’s closed but according to google it’s open! Please update and get it right.

I usually love Einstein Bagels, which is why I am so disappointed. My bagel was not a disappointment, but the coffee tasted burnt, and the cashier was curt and seemed like I was bothering her by merely ordering. Plus, there were no restrooms! The bagel was the only star this establishment deserved. Save your money, and take the two minute walk to Kudu. Great coffee, atmosphere, and grub.

never gotten food from somewhere so bad. the workers won’t make anything besides premade bacon/sausage egg and cheeses because they dont want to do their job. they’re extremely rude and treat people horribly. all i wanted was a burrito and they told me if it wasn’t a sandwhich to get out of line. this place blows
