Our server Ben was good. The food was not. Our fried green tomato salad had undercooked tomatoes and the cheese was still in shreds. The ribeye steak was overcooked and sent back at $100. The second steak came out correctly, but it was not a good piece of meat. The crab cake was very salty and overcooked (the turf part of the surf and turf). The shrimp and grits said it had coconut and came out with shrimp, salsa, pesto on top of grits. None of the food was good. Mediocre at best. We wanted to like it, but it was not good at all.
Celebrated my mom’s birthday here! LeAnne B, our waitress was the BEST! she went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous (!!) dinner, she was very attentive and had wonderful recommendations for our meal! we absolutely will be back! loved the atmosphere and very friendly staff including the manager- the crab bisque, crab cake, citrus salad and beignets were a dream!! thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! thank you LeAnne for making our trip to charleston so wonderful!

Such an exceptional experience tonight at Eli’s! The staff were SO welcoming, Louis is the true example of southern hospitality! He made our daughter feel like a Princess, offered my husband and I complimentary champagne, and took some time to get to know us in between taking our orders. The food was even better than when we were here a few years ago. The French onion soup with marrow and fried onions was luscious! The creole coconut shrimp and grits had a delightful sweetness and tons of flavor. The glazed salmon was crispy and tender. And the beignets were a hit for the three of us! Light and crispy with a tasty caramel sauce. Eli’s Table will continue to be a staple for us when we visit Charleston!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Eli's table. Lewis and his team were very welcoming and showered us with great southern hospitality. This was the first restaurant we encountered on our search for dinner when we arrived in Charleston and we needed to look no further. We stopped to read the menu and Lewis came out and chatted with us and about the menu. After explaining my difficulty with intolerances he was very happy to accommodate so we decided to dine here. They modified my meal (thanks Chef) so I could enjoy it and my hubby really loved the risotto. It was such a big deal to us so we didn't have to walk around looking for a place with something that I could possibly eat. If you're looking for a restaurant with that great southern hospitality and great food try Eli's table.

We had a fabulous experience on Thanksgiving evening. The fixe menu was delicious and the best value in town. The service was equally exceptional. Leeann was personable and fun and provided great insights into the menu. We will definitely return.

Came here to celebrate my wedding night with my wife. This is a regular spot that I’ve come to for years Whenever I come to town the food absolutely excellent the service staff fighting over how to split the bill ruined the whole experience.

Went there with my mom and grandma and the staff seriously could not have been nicer. They welcomed us with a complimentary glass of champagne, which immediately had us like… okay, we’re off to a good start
We got the French onion soup and it was so good — super flavorful and cheesy in the best way. The banana pudding crème brûlée was insanely good
Overall just such a good vibe, great food, and genuinely sweet staff. Totally deserves 5 stars.

I went to dinner with a friend at Eli's table because we wanted to try somewhere we had never been before and we absolutely loved it here! Our server, Kasita, was the sweetest woman and was so kind. I would be thrilled to have her again! I also loved that there was a 3 course menu option where I was able to try one dish from each section. I had the ceasar salad, the roasted chicken with potatoes, which was SO good, and for dessert the creme brulee.
I will definitely becoming back for dinner with my husband. It was a great dining experience!

It was amazing experience! My boyfriend and I went for my birthday and the service and food were incredible! Our waitress was named Cristy I believe and she made it the most memorable birthday yet!
This restaurant is amazing! The staff were so friendly and everyone in our party raved about the food. I can speak to the shrimp and grits, which was phenomenal! The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and all the flavors of the whole dish were subtle and worked great together. They’ve only been open for a couple weeks, but definitely worth everyone’s support.
