Alexis is a consummate professional who takes pride in every dish or meal she prepares. I recently tried her bourbon flavor salmon and shrimp salad on top of mixed greens with sweet potato cubes, avocado, candied pecans, and a Champagne vinaigrette dressing. OMG, delicious to the last note!!!!
Well I must say, I’m not typically a fan of seafood but what I tried here was nothing less than amazing.
The innovation and thought put towards the food is clear by their presentation and taste of food.
I got to try the seafood stuffing and it blew me away. The flavor lingered in my mouth urging me to want more.

Farrah’s Backyard Catering catered my recent baby shower and the food was a HUGE hit! Alexis was extremely kind and genuine, she made the entire planning process a breeze. She was even better in person the day of the shower! She made sure we had literally everything we needed, it was a gorgeous set up.
