I just spent $58 on three sandwich, combo meals, they were barely hot and all our subs where hot ones, we had great non-paying patrons to eat with. Their names are houseflies and fruit flies, and several other flies I didn’t recognize and had to swat them away from my food and drink. My husband was busy swatting flies too and almost hit me in the process. This place has gotten way too expensive and not worth the price. If we had that many flies flying around us, I can’t imagine what the people over there making sandwiches were dealing with. That is just nasty. Firehouse needs to do something about putting a blower over door or something else beacuse the employees at this establishment did not care that they watched us swat flies the entire time we eating. Nor were they doing anything about them in their area of prepping food. We would’ve left, but it’s kinda hard to eat a sandwich while driving. We will never go back to restaurant. At least no one was rude so that is a plus.

Every table was dirty. Even when the employees were caught up with customers no one took the initiative to wipe down the tables (we were here over 30 minutes). My sandwich was overly warm so that the scant tomato and lettuce were ick. It was also hurriedly thrown together and then upside down in the container. The bread was not crusty as it should have been. The icing on the cake was when my companion went up to order drinks and the price they charged was higher than on the huge menu on the wall. When questioned the workers just laughed. For what you get it’s pretty pricey.

Order 2 sandwiches, they were incorrect. I reordered and they messed it up even worse. I’m honestly so annoyed by this. The mistake were just laziness. Do better

Ordered a platter and paid online. Got to the restaurant and they told me they couldn't make it because they were out of ham and turkey. I asked why no one called and they said they cant see my order in their system, just on a print out. I asked them to cancel it in their system and they said they cant. I went online to open a request to cancel it. Got a notification that my case was resolved and closed despite no one contacting me or sending back $60<. Called the number and there is only a message telling you to go online. No real humans to talk to. Emailed at least 4 times. Got a reply saying the relevant parties were being contacted. Never heard from anyone or got a refund. Literally stole money from me

Jasmine Eric and the manager were the most friendly people I’ve spoken to you all day! Their vibe was fun and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time in this firehouse subs with these wonderful people!!!

First time going to firehouse subs and it was disappointing. 1 man was in front of us and it took over 30-40 mins to make 3 subs, then the subs where wet and soggy, I thought I was getting a toasted sub.

Have visited this place many times. This time the service was awful!! Stood at the counter over 5 minutes was never greeted. We ordered 2 medium sandwiches, one was a meatball. We waited over 30 minutes before we got our food!!! Looked at the receipt ordered at 7:23 and got our food at 7:52. Totally unacceptable. Hopefully this will be corrected and the 2 staff members are trained better and learn basic manners.
