I'm sure they're getting paid next to nothing but like they need to get some management in and more employees
the other day we waited about 20 minutes for our order

The food was nothing but amazing. Staff was very warm and welcoming except for Hampton the shift leader. His attitude is very off and he picks and chooses who he greets and when he feels like opening his mouth. Other than that no complaints.

I made an order online, I got charged 30+ dollars and when I get to the location, the doors were closed and no one attending inside. I contacted customer service to get the money back and they only limited themselves saying the location will contact me, this was months ago, and I have never received anything from them.

I placed an order for me and my workers. I went to go pick it up at the time. That showed on the internet. They hadn't even started making my order a few minutes later. A short lady tells me it will be two minutes because we have to make stuffing.Okay no worries.... 2 minutes turned into 27 minutes. Got my sandwiches for the sandwich to be cold? And the stuffing to be crunchy, unbelievable... It was my fault. I should have canceled when the manager is at the table messing with her man. What has society come to? You can't get a decent sandwich anymore... Despicable

Great service and great food. That was 4 years ago. Now the service is not as good. And I recently got violently ill. I reached out to firehouse to tell them about the issue, they said they would call me and I haven't gotten a call yet. That was October 25. The meat on my sandwich was bad (my boyfriend kept saying something smelled horrible) but I ate it. I have over 5,000 on their app. I eat here frequently, but after this experience. I'm not sure how to feel.
