Exceptional service !!’The tall african American with dreads was amazing was clearly in management and runs a tight ship. I apologize for not getting his name but he has the crew being polite and doing an amazing job. Better experience than a few years ago.

My cheesesteak had no flavor and my sister was served the wrong sub. Bathroom light was broke, no sign, used my phone.

Placed an online order at 12:03pm for pickup at 12:20pm. Walk into the store a little bit before the time pickup time, and see it’s only two people working. My pickup time comes and my order still isn’t ready, not a problem I’ll wait. It’s a little bit of the lunch rush. What I didn’t expect was for one of the works to take all the in person orders and only push those out. Six subs were made while I’m still waiting on my online order. The time is now 12:40pm, I get back in line and ask about my order. I was told “we’re working on it” which was a lie. Asked for a refund had to wait an additional 20 minutes (1:23pm is the time I walked out the restaurant) for them to make every one else’s food, while I never got mine. Please just turn off the online ordering system when an establishment is that short staffed. That was completely ignorant what I experienced today and not a single apology was given. I think I watched a total of almost 20 people get their food. Please do better!

Waste of time. I get an offer for $10.99 meal. Walk in and they tell me that's online only. Need to order on the app, then pickup. So I try ordering on the app and no matter what I do it comes up full price. Not worth the trouble, off to Jersey Mike's where I should have gone in the first place.
What I don't get is you are in business to make money and serve the public. You have a customer IN YOUR STORE, wanting to spend money and you turn them away instead of just giving them the same deal they could get online. Makes no sense to me.

I just spent $58 on three sandwich, combo meals, they were barely hot and all our subs where hot ones, we had great non-paying patrons to eat with. Their names are houseflies and fruit flies, and several other flies I didn’t recognize and had to swat them away from my food and drink. My husband was busy swatting flies too and almost hit me in the process. This place has gotten way too expensive and not worth the price. If we had that many flies flying around us, I can’t imagine what the people over there making sandwiches were dealing with. That is just nasty. Firehouse needs to do something about putting a blower over door or something else beacuse the employees at this establishment did not care that they watched us swat flies the entire time we eating. Nor were they doing anything about them in their area of prepping food. We would’ve left, but it’s kinda hard to eat a sandwich while driving. We will never go back to restaurant. At least no one was rude so that is a plus.

Every table was dirty. Even when the employees were caught up with customers no one took the initiative to wipe down the tables (we were here over 30 minutes). My sandwich was overly warm so that the scant tomato and lettuce were ick. It was also hurriedly thrown together and then upside down in the container. The bread was not crusty as it should have been. The icing on the cake was when my companion went up to order drinks and the price they charged was higher than on the huge menu on the wall. When questioned the workers just laughed. For what you get it’s pretty pricey.
