The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!

I just went to the store today to order potatoe soup and garlic bread. A manager should really taste both of these as they were SO over salted I couldn't even eat either one of them. I took 2 bites of each and just threw it away. I realize it wasn't a lot of money but the level of salt was sickening. Not sure how you get garlic bread to taste like that. I thought their food was good, but obviously I was mistaken.

From the moment I walked into this Firehouse Subs every Team Member I came in contact with greeted me kindly. I felt like a valued customer. The Cashier was nice and patient as I placed my order. The Prep Line Crew prepared my sub with diligence, accuracy and care. Thank you to the people working that day for your Excellent Customer Service.

This firehouse sub was on point. The sub I had was very good!!!! There was an older Caucasian guy that took my order. He was so cool making us laugh. They definitely need to keep him. He deserves a raise for real.
