Customer service 10/10, quick service and great food

I came in October 30 at 11:30 in the afternoon and I ordered a medium, wheat, pastrami with lettuce, tomato, and Spicy mustard and I made it a meal.
The guy at the counter either did not hear me or was not listening because I did not get my spicy mustard and my sandwich was squished and I would like to know where is the MEAT?
I received very little pastrami on my sandwich and it was just thrown together.
These folks do not care about your food at all, so I will not return and another firehouse subs will get my money.

Order a sub and asked for it to be toasted and it was so burnt I couldn't even eat it. Worst Sub ever from this location. Don't know if I would ever order here again

Why did I get eyes cut at me for trying to pick up my order? No greeting, cashier was visibly annoyed with me and I was only looking for my meal that was ordered online. What happened to customer service? What happened to professionalism?

They did have gluten free yayyyy, firehouse is rather on the pricey side and that's ok for better quality food. With that said, what I got was a slapped together sub not toasted with what I ordered, kindly took the sanwich back up and they just looked at me, then I asked for mayo , she gave me 4 mustard packs, went back in again, she said I gave you mayo, I said no ma'am , I handed her all 4 back then she finally gave up the mayo , Maybe they were having an off day. food was ok but not great

Well I went in this afternoon to get the deal on the subs today whoever name starts with a A I came in with my daughter and another child I have from her mom I explain everything on the phone I was told yes to what I can bring in the paperwork with there name on the lady said yes so when I get there I was told no by a short white women the kids were so excited just to be let down how humiliating that was in front of so many people plus I was ordering for 5 more people so they just lost a customer and money I’ve never been more humiliated in my life and my kids were crying in the car we were on our way to the park middle school don’t give out school ID never go back again the women cashiering is the same sweet women I spoke with on the phone she such a sweet women but short white rude and was loud for everyone to look at me All Eyes on me huh firehouse needs to find a different manager or I’m not sure if she was one she just outcasted me and the kids and everyone was looking at me I’ve never been more upset than I have been today thanks for ruining a fun day with my kids

Came in this last Sunday 5/19/2024. Cashier lady was great! Food was great! Customer service not so much for the value. When did firehouse quit bringing food to the customer when I worked there in college 10 years ago I ran food to customers. They have 6 people in there and I was the only one with a food order and I just cannot believe given how empty it was they cannot run food. Sad to see. Just poor etiquette these days. If I’m gonna pay 20$ for a sandwich and some chips least you can do is bring me my food.
