I ordered a cheeseburger, all the way without pickle, and fries with light salt. They gave me a burgh WITH pickle and very salty fries. Disappointed.

Walked in with my kids as I assume it was the manager yelled “I’ll be right with you!” 10 minutes later no service as I stood there waiting. When I walked off the line that’s when she took the next customer. That’s horrible for Charleston.

My wife and I were visiting Charleston South Carolina for a week. After taking a cruise over to Fort Sumpter. We were casually walking back to our hotel. Out of curiosity we saw a sign on John St. With several restaurants in this alley way. The food and was fantastic and the atmosphere was romantic not forgetting the service. I would recommend to anyone who are traveling to Charleston anytime soon give it a try. I promise you want be disappointed.

We have always loved five guys but this evening at this location 3 blocks from our home - was extremely, disappointingPlaced online order for p/up as we were pulling out of airport after long day of travel10 minutes later, arrived 5guys and ended up waiting 45 + minutes - practiced patience because it was easy to see the ladies were working very hard and there was no leadership - no back up and they were hanging onAs for the food; took us 3 minutes to get to house - order completely wrong but more than that - inedible. Cheese didn’t meltLettuce on both burgers - husband despises lettuce - but mostly - they were stone cold and the buns were hard as rocksSo sad and disappointing- whomever owns this franchise should be ashamed (this is king street in Charleston- you have a gold mine and the college students and neighbors /citizens that trusted in this brand (we’re the number 1 visited city in the nation -for 10 years !!! )Shame on you and I hope Five Guys corporate takes noticeKathy Berry

Regular fries were nowhere near "little" versions elsewhere, asked for a mayo and was given 1/3 full plastic cup. Fries also were extra salty which I wanted to replace and replacement was even less than original. Burger was also decent at beat. Few things were off with this five guys. Recommend a quality check.
