Very touristy but great setting along the water. Be sure to get a table along the front of the restaurant and not along the side where construction is being done nearby.

Warmly greeted. Good food. Nice waterfront atmosphere. Forgot a couple items on my order, but fixed it when I told them.

Wonderful setting, outstanding service and fabulous food. Started with fresh oysters harvested within 10 miles of the restaurant. Mild with nice brine. Got half of them dressed “not Nigiri” which were awesome. Shared a bowl of the best she crab I've ever had with my wife and son; the accompanying crab cake was incredible. All crab, less cake. Hot, crispy and flavorful. We all had shrimp and grits. Some of the best I've ever had. Would've licked my bowl if no one was looking. A carafe of mimosas to round out a fantastic meal as our farewell to Charleston. One of our favorite restaurants on the planet. Well done!

Awesome experience! Great pan-seared Yellow fin Tuna and grits. The view of Charleston harbor was beautiful.

Booking a reservation online was easy. we parked in the garage across the street arriving about 5 minutes ahead of reservation time. we were seated right away. so glad we could squeeze in lunch with a last minute guest from out of town. drinks and food were excellent!

We enjoyed a great lunch yesterday. Had the Halibut which was outstanding with its blackened preparation and red rice and succotash sides. We also loved the triggerfish sandwich. The highlight was the Huguenot Torte. It is an apple crisp with crushed pecan served warm with ice cream. It was excellent! Our waiter was also great. Very knowledgeable and attentive!

Always a treat to eat here. with a parking garage so close it is no problem to park and take an easy walk over to the restaurant. The calamari steak appetizer is just outstanding, and the halibut lunch special was excellent.. My spouse had a shrimp cocktail and it was equally good. Of course the Bloody Mary was spicy with a piece of celery that you could duel with! Service is always top notch and they do not rush you through your meal. The only downside is there is a lot of construction around the restaurant and wharf area, so views are a bit compromised.

Best part of Fleet Landing is its view. Overall, very noisy inside the dinning room. Service was just okay, food and drinks were always delayed and brought out with huge gaps for our table. So some had their food for 5-10 minutes before others had anything. Food quality was just average. Perhaps okay for a quick lunch but not for a nice dinner. Won't recommend or return.

Waiter was amazing, fast friendly and knowledgeable However, construction was going on outside and very disruptive. Inside the air conditioning was way too cold to sit inside so hard to enjoy the great food Triggerfish sandwich and crab cake sandwich was very good and fresh

It was fantastic and really glad we went., my only complaint was having to wait when I had a reservation and the seating was not full.

Great restaurant. Food and service good. Unfortunately the noise from the cooper hotel work place can spoil everything if you let it. Hopefully that will stop sometime next year. No on site parking as previous. Good for all who have supported them through the construction of the cooper.

We enjoyed everything we had. Even the to-go order of seafood pasta was wonderful after getting it home. The key lime pie was especially delicious. The pastry chef here is wonderful!

Seafood meals “low country pasta” & “shrimp & grits” were excellent. “Chicken piccata” & “vegetarian pasta” bland and mediocre. Ambiance as expected as a large open dining room on the waterfront. Service excellent. Dessert we had “pecan pie” was amazing! Overall, a nice dining experience.

We had an enjoyable lunch, on the dock. Our server explained the menu, favorites and took great care of our table.

Bill was our waiter and he was fantabulous! Very knowledgeable about the menu and certainly gave great recommendations. Drinks were good and food was delicious. Great place for seafood.
