Food was great and enjoyed dining outside where the noise level was also more favorable. Our waitress was a delight!

Food was subpar. Ordered a Mahi Mahi which was undercooked after I specifically asked for it to be slightly rare on the inside. Got the yellowfin tuna instead which was grossly undercooked! The chicken piccata was overcooked also but didn't feel like complaining as we had waited over 35 min for our food! The manager was very nice and comped one of the meals and gave us free dessert. She even offered us a free lunch on the house which we declined. Unfortunately her kind gesture didn't make up for very poor food preparation and slow service. The saving grace was the fresh oysters. Not a place I would ever go back to. For the price charged on the seafood I can find much better options.

Food was excellent as always but service was pretty bad. We went a long time without the waitress coming by which meant eating without drinks. The waitress explained that she found people who knew her parents and was talking to them instead... seriously?

We always enjoy dining at Fleet Landing. Food and service is always excellent. The salmon and oysters were delicious. Miller took great care of our table.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was amazing as always. Low country pasta. Is Mr favorite dish. The She crab soup was excellent. Fleet Landing is my #1 place to eat in Charleston.

Tripp is awesome! He explained the menu perfectly, was attentive, friendly, good-natured, and didn't rush us. The food was delicious. We ate outdoors and had a great time. We've been there before and will definitely be back. Go there and ask for Tripp!

Great food and great service, first time to visit this restaurant and it exceeded our expectations.

Great atmosphere, great service, the food was ok but unfortunately I had the fried oysters and they made me sick all night long.

Great lunch spot. Sit outside on the water. Great traditional East Coast seafood fare. Trip, our server, was terrific.

Two of us had the she crab sou with the crab cake in it. The waiter even brought a little sugar bottle of sherry to put my own sherry on the crab soup. The crabcake was outstanding and she grabbed soup was very good. Highly recommended it. My wife had a wedge salad with the blue cheese dressing , lots of nice chunks of blue cheese in with the dressing. She really enjoyed it. My best tip would be to use open table and get a reservation before you get there. I did mine online with my cell phone 20 minutes before we got there and we're seated within five minutes.

Food was good. Service was great. On the bay, but lots of industry and construction right there.

The service was excellent

Very touristy but great setting along the water. Be sure to get a table along the front of the restaurant and not along the side where construction is being done nearby.

Warmly greeted. Good food. Nice waterfront atmosphere. Forgot a couple items on my order, but fixed it when I told them.

Wonderful setting, outstanding service and fabulous food. Started with fresh oysters harvested within 10 miles of the restaurant. Mild with nice brine. Got half of them dressed “not Nigiri” which were awesome. Shared a bowl of the best she crab I've ever had with my wife and son; the accompanying crab cake was incredible. All crab, less cake. Hot, crispy and flavorful. We all had shrimp and grits. Some of the best I've ever had. Would've licked my bowl if no one was looking. A carafe of mimosas to round out a fantastic meal as our farewell to Charleston. One of our favorite restaurants on the planet. Well done!
