The she crab soup is amazing. Fried Green Tomatoes are layered with fresh crab meat. We ordered a side of crab for our salads. All delicious!Parking: Parking is available next to restaurant for $5.

Not nearly as good as it was 7 years ago when we visited. Kids menus should be passed out along with the regular menus. We almost left because we thought there were no kid friendly options. Fortunately there were chicken fingers, however they were the size of your thumb.

Everything was delicious. We had the oysters, ceviche, the triggerfish and the jumbo shrimps. The pimiento cheese grits were so good. The service was outstanding! 100% recommended.

Get here early. Great place to hang with friends and enjoy fresh seafood. And, if you're not a fish eater, they have other dishes that you will enjoy. Definitely will be back.

First of all, WOW!We sat at the raw bar, served by Matt, Logan, and Colton. All three were helpful and knowledgeable about the menu from top to bottom. The cocktail sauce was the best I’ve ever had which is saying something! I had the Salmon, with garlic mashed potatoes and low country grits. Pro tip; squeeze a little lemon on top of the grits. Service, quality and atmosphere were incredible. If you like an alcoholic beverage, try the Bloody Mary or the Charleston Sunset. The Charleston Sunset isn’t overly sweet, but has a great flavor. I’m a sucker for a Bloody Mary, and like some spice that doesn’t overpower.I’m very impressed, and that doesn’t happen often. We wil definitely be returning from Charlotte for the experience again!Parking: There is a paid lot to the left. It’s $5 if your eating at Fleet Landing.

This was our worst dinner in Charleston. Food was dry, salty, and lacked flavour. I am appalled at how this restaurant has any more than 2-3 stars. Stay away

Disappointed. I ordered char-grilled salmon, but it had no grill marks or grill flavor. I asked if it was grilled, and the server said yes. Then, still disbelieving, I asked the waiter about it, she said it was cooked on a flat top griddle. So not char grilled at all. The pesto sauce on it was also very dark and old looking (and tasting). This was one of the handful of times in my life I've sent something back at a restaurant (because it was $28 and not what I was expecting). The waiter handled it well and was nice about it. The drinks were pretty good as were the French fries. They really should not claim to have char-grilled fish if they don't have a charcoal grill.

Went there for dinner. They were packed, and there was a wait. Still, service was stellar once we were seated. They haveac very reasonably priced kids menu, which was great for my picky eater. And the kids meal portions were large! The calamari appetizer was fabulous, as were the seafood pasta and shrimp and grits entrees. I would definitely return.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available
