We couldn't believe how delicious the food was! Both of us had the shrimp and pasta entree. The flavor was phenomenal. The complimentary bread was also to die for. Waitress was attentive and very nice. The place (aesthetically speaking) itself is kind of average but it did not detract from our enjoyment. It wasn't too busy but we did reserve a table. I will absolutely return!
Service was great. Thank you Nicole. Food amazing. Owner is very attentive and welcomes the tables. Being going for several years. Always good.
Reservations took about 25 minutes past our time, service was super friendly but very slow, food was great but very expensive.
The best night! Family came to celebrate a special occasion and so glad we came here! amazing food, sizable portion, great service! So accommodating! I needed to switch my reservation and they made everything work out perfectly. Can't wait to be back
It's been quite awhile since my husband and I have been to a really good Italian restaurant. We dined at Fratelli's last night and it was excellent. I highly recommend the lasagna. For dessert my husband had a large slice of cheesecake which he enjoyed, and I chose the cannoli...it was decadent. Ethan was our server and he made us feel very special and welcome.
The food was delicious. For the table we shared the stuffed mushrooms which were delicious. For the table we hd had a ravioli special, the salmon dinner and the fra diavalo di mare. The ravioli were cooked al dente and were so good. The coating on the salmon was different and a nice change. For the fra diavalo we requested a garlic oil sauce instead of the red sauce they offered and our request was honored without hesitation. The only disappointment was the bread, more like soft dinner rolls than a nice chunk of bread. Overall I highly recommend this establishment.
My protein was too chared for liking but some people like that taste. My husband's marinara based pasta was too spicy so we requested the dish be made with Alfredo sauce. They left the food on the table and brought a bowl of Alfredo sauce. We sent it back to have the dish made over in the Alfredo sauce and it came back with no protein. At that point we requested the check. The appetizers and wine were good however.
Staff was exceptional, and very polite. The owner personally greeted us and made sure our food and service was up to par. Definitely recommend going here, also the food and cocktails were fantastic!!!!
We were looking for a good Italian restaurant in Charleston and came upon this gem. It was very unassuming in appearance but has a good vibe. The waitress (Nicole?) was very welcoming and attentive. The food was AMAZING! Everything was freshly made and in abundant portions. We were blown away and will eat here on all our return trips to Charleston.
The food was good, not great. I really liked my eggplant rollentine but the ravioli special was just pretty good and the lasagna was not something you should order. The lasagna didn't have really any sauce on it and it didn't have a lot of flavor. The salad with grilled chicken was not very good either. The chicken seemed microwaved and the salad had way too much dressing. The mozzarella caprese appetizer was just ok and too small for the price. The only thing I'd recommend was the eggplant. The atmosphere was extremely loud.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary in this charming Italian restaurant. Our friendly server, Victoria, was very informative about the different dishes and cocktails. Everything we ordered was delicious. My husband had the mussels which he felt were the best he ever had. The mushroom appetizer I had was quite tasty. He had the ravioli and I had the eggplant. Both were terrific. My husband throughly enjoyed the limoncello crème brûlée. The icing and small dollop of ganache on my chocolate cake were yummy but the cake was very dry. The only suggestion I have for the restaurant would be to try to do something about the noise level.
Had a great dinner with friends !! The waiter was very attentive and friendly and the food was delicious, as always!!
It was very crowded and a little loud to have a conversation but our service was excellent. We could tell our waitress was a little stressed with the crowd. The food was very good and it was actually very quick to be served. The Chef came out and spoke to us and other guests. We will return and will recommend to others.
No complaints about anything here. Good responses from all in attendance that night. Deserts were nice too. Would come back! Definitely better than the other Italian places I’ve tried in Charleston so far! Staff were hospitable too.
