Walking by Freddo in downtown Charleston was a nice surprise! It immediately brought back memories from when I lived in Buenos Aires.
George was very personable and demonstrated excellent customer service. It was nice chatting with him about our Argentinian experiences … and the alfajores!

They have the best gelato in the area. They can make any flavor into a shake as well. They also have coffee too. I definitely will come here again if I'm ever back in town. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I never do reviews but omg not only was the coffee amazing but we were immediately greeted by Antonio with the BRIGHTEST and most honest smile. Like he was the nicest person I’ve ever met. He belongs in customer service. He was helping us choose what we wanted, actually made amazing recommendations and was super super helpful with everyone . We tipped him twice like this place was amazing, we are going to go every weekend !!

Found this hidden gem while waiting to have lunch. Their empanadas were the perfect appetizer. They also have coffee and delicious gelatos. Will come back!

I walked in off the street because their sign for empanadas caught my eye. The gentleman working asked me what I was in the mood for and I honestly did not know (worst customer, I know). He asked a few questions, let me taste a bit to make sure he got it right, and whipped up the most delicious smoothie I've had in years! Will definitely be back. The friendly and helpful attitude of the guy would have encouraged me to come back anyway, the smoothie just sealed the deal 👌

No idea how this place is still open $14 for two small scoops of gelato tried the passion fruit and it tasted like artificial flavoring go literally anywhere else for ice cream but here overpriced and cheats you out of any of it
