I walked by here last night, and there was a sign saying you had to be 23 to get in. I have no problem with catering to an older crowd, but if you're so worried about college students, you shouldn't have opened up right next to a college campus.
I ended up going somewhere else.

KARA was the name of my bartender who also overcharged me on my tab, and when I tried to dispute, it told me to kick rocks. I honestly will not be coming back to this establishment due to the shitty business practices

If you’re seeking a vibrant spot with relaxed vibes and great music in Downtown Charleston, Frontier Lounge is the place to be. Frontier Lounge is a great place to visit on a regular night or for one of their special events. The management and staff are always friendly and the food is great too!

I brought a couple coworkers here tonight and told them how much I loved this place. Unfortunately they feel like they were the victim of racism tonight. The bartender with dyed blonde hair was extremely rude to them for no reason. They were very respectful and didn’t understand what they did wrong. I left no tip and was refused service when I returned after dropping them off because they wanted to leave. Very disappointing and extremely embarrassing because they’re not from here and I spoke so highly of this place.
Really fun spot with a great vibe and great live music. May take a little while to get a drink on crowded nights. The retro vibe and outdoor area make it one of my favorite drink spots in CHS, cocktails excluded.

Absolutely terrible! The plumbing was down and the guy inside who looked like a gerbil inside kicked us out for absolutely no reason. Was here for a total of 5 mins and clearly he had a reason for feeling the need for overcompensating over two girls. TERRIBLE BAR!

Besides that we had a great time. Until emergency had to go home. Trust me she can hang for every drink that I can. There is not a doubt. Besides that, great music . Absolutely the best vibe. I tried to call to inform them about the situation and unfortunately I guess nobody was available to answer.
