God Bless America
It's a bar with great food. We went in just to eat dinner.
Very cool place that was established in 1952. Local bar with pictures and stickers all over. Wine glass was not clean and had somebody's lipsticks on (Yuck) but bartender went and cleaned another glass for us once we showed him that.
Legendary dive bar where once you walk in you know the vibe. It will always be that vibe, and that’s what makes it legendary. Same employees for decades which means so much to me, when you walk in after months or years and they remember you and your drink. All are welcome and treated with the same service and respect as an OG from day one.
Awesome dive bar!

When we walked in...didnr expect much ...but the bartender ran over to wait on us. Took the order and had drinks out immediately. As a German American ..the schnitzel was excellent . My hubby ordered the blue light plate ..it was cheap..and plentiful. Was a very pleasant surprise.!

Came in at 7:18pm on Monday Aug 26. They don't have table service apparently which I found weird considering the size of the place, I can't imagine if it was super busy how just the bartenders could keep up. There was one small group at a table and 10 people sitting at the bar. We ordered 2 cokes, the Crawdads, fried mushrooms, chicken fingers and the fried tomato blt sandwich with fries. We got our food at 7:38pm so they were pretty quick. All the food we got tasted very good and I will make sure to come back for the food. The cook was also super nice (I assume he was the cook at least haha). Seems to be a good place to watch sports and play some pool.

went specifically for their fried crawdads. Excellent with jalapeno tartar sauce. I thought a little too salty. During day you put food order in at Bar, they do bring food to you ( sit in booth). Typical old brewpub. Bathroom, girls, small but clean.
Parking: very busy road (US-17) to park on, limited. had free parking lot but day we were there about 6 spaces roped off because they were resurfacing.

Food was delicious, there were so many good options it was hard to decide, I'll be going back to try new things. We were the only table sitting (we got there right when they opened), service was great and attentive, but not overly annoying and food came out fast. It's a typical pub atmosphere but something about it seemed a bit dingy, maybe the lighting ??♀️.
