The food wasn’t fresh and server had a bad attitude. Overpriced for small portions. We stopped by drive thru on the way home. Bad business!

Stale bread, fishy smelling shrimp, overdone potatoes, overdone sausage.

Brunch food was mediocre at best. Service was bad. Polite waitress, but never got any refills, even after asking. Also had to ask the bartender to get and pay the check because waitress disappeard. Hostess was really sweet and the decore there is very pretty.

Our waitress was so sweet and patient! She made us feel very comfortable and didn't rush us at all even though our party stayed for a while. The food was awesome so we will for sure be coming back!

The vibes are immaculate, the drinks are delicious and a good price, and the food is really tasty, it’s just on the pricier end. Great location by the market. The mini Tinis are stiff and well worth the price. Come here for some apps and drinks and ask for Maddy, she’s sweet, she’s super attentive, and quick service.

My wife and I were both served undercooked shrimp, which we didn't realize until half way through the meal, and left us both sick. Waitress didn't ask why neither of us finished our food, and manager seemed unconcerned when we called to let them know.

Menu is limited. Fried Chicken was a bit salty for my taste. Beautiful decor.

While the atmosphere and food at Gingerline are enjoyable, I cannot recommend the restaurant due to the extremely poor service. Our waiter was largely inattentive, appearing to prioritize tables that seemed to be spending more. When our salads arrived, no napkins or cutlery were provided. Despite trying to get the waiter’s attention for 5 to 8 minutes, we ultimately had to rely on a different server, who wasn’t even assigned to our section, to assist us.

Hostesses in Charleston have become rude divas. Place was empty at 6:30 on a Friday night. We asked to sit outside with 8 open tables outside shouldn’t have been a problem. But we weren’t seated there because of “reservations”. It was still empty when we left an hour later. Restaurant managers, host/hostesses can really turn a customer off. I won’t be back.

Made a quick stop walking through town to grab a coffee and small breakfast. Order the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and a coffee. Coffee was good, took around 15 minutes for food the restaurant was empty. When the food came out the gravy was broken and looked like pure butter biscuits were dry and everything was cold. Waiter said all of 5 words the whole time. Hostess was a sweetheart. I ended up paying her for my coffee and left
