Out of towner and wanted to visit due to high reviews. Placed is closed even though Goggle/their website shows they’re open. Didn’t see any signs at business mentioning it’s closed for good. However, they’ve had their doors closed for good a month now according to at least 1 review.

While Glazed Gourmet Doughnuts closed it's doors for good yesterday, I wanted to get in a quick review. I've enjoyed Glazed ever since it opened 13 years ago and enjoyed it two last times this weekend - worth waiting in the long lines! They had some of the best doughnuts, with my favorite being the biscoff cookie butter cheesecake doughnut. Their apple fritter was also the best fritter I have ever had. The owner Allison, knew what she was doing and brought a wonderful treat to Charleston, putting gourmet doughnuts on the map. She is missed and Glazed will be missed.

There is definitely a lack of customer service! I ordered donuts for delivery (birthday surprise for daughter) and did not realize the online ordering is always for next day (scroll to the very bottom of the order page to find that info). I tried to call the store from 10am-2pm to change my order and no one answered. Went to voicemail so I left 3 messages. I also messaged them on IG and no reply. They don’t bother! I had to go pick up the donuts because no one would help me make any changes! Then I left a message asking to refund my delivery fee. AGAIN NO REPLY! So make sure you don’t need any help, need to ask a question, or expect any kind of customer service…you won’t get it. And their website offers no email or a way to cancel an order. Enjoy the donuts but don’t expect anything of the employees.
