While Glazed Gourmet Doughnuts closed it's doors for good yesterday, I wanted to get in a quick review. I've enjoyed Glazed ever since it opened 13 years ago and enjoyed it two last times this weekend - worth waiting in the long lines! They had some of the best doughnuts, with my favorite being the biscoff cookie butter cheesecake doughnut. Their apple fritter was also the best fritter I have ever had. There is definitely a lack of customer service! I ordered donuts for delivery (birthday surprise for daughter) and did not realize the online ordering is always for next day (scroll to the very bottom of the order page to find that info). I tried to call the store from 10am-2pm to change my order and no one answered. Went to voicemail so I left 3 messages. I also messaged them on IG and no reply. They don’t bother! I had to go pick up the donuts because no one would help me...
