Grit Bakery is an excellent and elite bakery, offering next-level and world-class pastries and bread. The sourdough is some of the best, and the baguette is authentic and incredible. Pastries are top-tier and very fresh, including a chocolate croissant, ham & cheese croissant, and a unique French Onion Soup croissant that is unlike anything else. They also offer excellent scones, muffins, sweet breads like pumpkin, and cookies. The coffee is some of the best in the area, featuring Counter Culture coffee served as cold brew, straight espresso, and an amazing cortado from a super cool yellow La Marzocco machine. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and provides great service. It is not just a bakery, but artistry, and is highly recommended for anyone seeking incredible baked goods and coffee.
