Goat themed pictures, paintings and family atmosphere highlight a Tex-mex restaurant and pub with friendly service and reasonable prices. Tacos, shrimp pasta and Parmesan mahi-mahi all got 7-8 / 10 for our group.

Avoided this place for years because it's called a Seafood Cantina and I don't eat seafood. That was definitely a mistake! I've been twice now and the food and service is fantastic. The place has a chill bar vibe and excellent food that is very well executed. I've only had the chicken quesadilla and chicken tacos (pictured) so far but I look forward to going back and trying additional non seafood items. Highly recommend!

Food and service was OK. Chips and cazo $5 is pretty high. Big bowl of chips with tiny bowl of cazo. Refill another $4. $12 in total with tax and tips, that is crazy.

My husband and I dined here for the first time Saturday evening, we weren’t quite sure what to expect based on some of the reviews, but boy were we pleased!
1) Heather B was our server — she was AMAZING! Very attentive, kind and informed on the menu and recommendations. We took all her suggestions and they were fantastic.
2) food and drinks were TOP NOTCH — the Carolina reaper marg was delish (we lived in Austin TX for 4 years and this was the best spicy marg we’ve had since!!) & we also enjoyed the chicken quesadilla, shrimp soup and grouper taco special. All were DELIGHTFUL
3) we enjoyed a quiet evening on the patio, we also love the Harlow right next door but felt it was a shame this place wasn’t busier on a Saturday night. Truly a hidden gem. 💎 HIGHLY RECOMMEND — THANK U HEATHER!!

Love this place. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I get takeout a lot for the family and everyone has their faves. Rice bowl with shrimp is amazing. Also , try a spicy margarita.

This was our second time coming to Grump Goat Seafood Cantina, and we have loved it both times. A nice blend of Americana Tex Mex, the specialty tacos are my go to, especially the cantina chicken taco and of course, the fried goat cheese taco. Both are very flavorful and not too bad on price for about $5 a taco.
