Husband and I came for a quick lunch date. We seemed to be a burden when waiting to order, 2 employees passed us and just "looked" at us. Not greeted, no smile, NOTHING.And when someone finally acknowledged us, they acted as if we messed up their entire life.I get it, times is hard and people don't want to work. But dang! Why be in the business when your customer service skills SUCK! When your whole job is customer service based.It's beyond me.Anyway, food was mediocre and the dining room was filthy. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and every table we attempted to sit at was dirty.There has been, maybeee... once where the staff was "nice", personable and customer service exceeded our expectations. And that was short lived. Can't have high hopes for this place what-so-ever.It's a wonder they stay in business.It's also a wonder why we even continue to attempt to even eat there, EVER.

Took about an average amount of time to get food. But while waiting in the restaurant several of the employees started shouting and cussing behind us, and it made for a very uncomfortable environment. Also got an undercooked chicken sandwich that was slimy. Not the best experience.

Service was not awesome. There were no customers in the lobby entire time I was there and only one drive thru customer. The cashier was reluctant to take my order and didn't speak to me other than tell me to insert my card three times and then swipe it. He absolutely did not want to be there and did not want to be helping me. I felt like a burden to him. I have had that same experience the past few times I have been to this store. Every time I go I tell myself this is the last time but I wait about 6 months and try it again. I think this is the third strike. Not sure that I will give them another chance 6 months from now. I'm not sure this store will still be open in 6 months. I never leave negative reviews but I felt that I had to this time.

The dining room is never open. Went by this morning at 7:15 to get a coffee and breakfast and the dining room was closed.....AGAIN. (3rd time this week) The hours of operation clearly state they open at 6:00am. This is false. There were 3 employees working (standing around actually), ZERO customers, and I was not allowed to order or eat inside the restaurant. I went through the drive thru to remind the employees to open the dining room but the female employee at the winfow rudely informed me that they do not open the doors when only 3 employees are working. Why? You guys are just standing there doing nothing so why not embrace the very few customers you had left? That is simply bad business. The owner needs to get a handle on the employees not opening bc this is killing their business. I don't expect this location will be around much longer. I know I won't be going back since they don't ever want to open the restaurant. Lazy employees equals a bankrupt business.

I went to pick up some food for myself and my husband and son, by the time I reached my husband job, which is less than a mile away from the store, all of our food was as cold as the drinks I ordered! On top of that, the employee that service me, showed some racial behavior towards me, needless to say, my 30.00 that I spent was just thrown out of the window, the manager said he would fix it!

Ran by complete losers, told me I couldn't go through the drive-thru but then the next car did. Went inside like I said ran by complete losers can't wait till this place goes out of business and I put something good in the course if you can't find good employees under bad management

Food was great! Service was great! Haven't had fast food and service as good in a very long time.
So, I walked in at noon (quite literally 12:10ish) they were (Im pretty sure) on lunch break save a couple of them (the diligent employees) yet not only helped me figure out the question I had about a 2.99 burger, but had three of them (one of each variety offered for said 2.99 each) ready by the time it took me to rinse my hands in the (very clean) restroom . Also were friendly and not in a creepy way. Nice change. Good atmosphere, kind employees, food exactly as expected. Wicked fast, like I was in and out within 10 minutes yet my order was solid. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

EDIT:: Gave them another chance after 6 months and still…no coffee at 7 am. It’s always “we’re out of coffee pods”or “The GM forgot to order coffee”.I just ordered a sandwich and the meat was burned black. Threw it away.I went on a regular basis from May to August of 2022 and stopped going after an employee doused my hotdog in mustard. Mustard was seeping under the package lid.I’ve been nothing but friendly.Everything I see smells of cash flow issues.

The lot was empty except one car the staff was at taken my order from the parking lot I got cold food to come back had to tell the young high kid 8 Times what I ordered waited 10 minutes for four burgers i had to tell the cook directly the boy at the window was to high to comprehend they even put cheese when I asked for them not to finally got my food just for it to taste weird like they put some type of cleaner on the burgers but it was horrible I'm happy I don't live in the area and I won't have to visit that location again John was the young man that was cooking putting things in people food is not funny at all
