The flavor of the steak was superior—perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked to perfection, showcasing a depth of taste that’s hard to find elsewhere.
I also have to strongly recommend the wild mushrooms as a side. They’re bursting with just the right amount of flavor, and the hint of spice takes them to the next level, making them the perfect accompaniment to the steak. The combination was nothing short of phenomenal.

I hosted a birthday dinner on their patio this past weekend and was beyond happy with the level of service, attention to detail, cuisine, wine, and hospitality of their entire team.
The service was nothing short of exceptional. A special shout-out to our server who was incredibly attentive (remembered what all 20 of our guests were drinking) without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs perfectly, making sure our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed at all times.
The Chefs behind the magic truly outdid themselves. Each dish was a masterpiece and beautifully presented. Everyone at our table raved about the food and that became the topic of the evening. The attention to detail was evident not just in the food but in the overall dining atmosphere. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, with just the right amount of lighting to make everything feel special.
Herd is a gem that I can’t recommend highly enough, especially for a private buyout of their patio. We had made a reservation the same day and attempted to cancel it. We didn't realize there was a cancellation fee. Well my husband called and attempted to cancel. We didn't know we actually cancelled until we got to the restaurant, but they were able to seat us anyways since it was not busy. Beyond that, they did not openly say they were out of certain items. My husband wanted the duck and the server apologized that they did not have that available. He had to decide on something else. Overall the food we ordered was really good from the scallions, pork chop, mushrooms and potatoes. I enjoyed sitting outside and luckily they had bug spray since I am a magnet for mosquitos.

I do not want to jinx us but Herd is now our favorite place to gather with friends . Their drinks are memorable , meaning very tasty . ? I wish yall would put your asparagus back on the menu?
This is my second time visiting Herd Provisions but this time I came for lunch. I like the casual ambience of this place and it feels really open. They have outdoor patio and were surrounded by greenery to make it more cozy outside. The waiter came right away as soon as we sat on our table and we ordered their lwf beef tartare which we think a bit different cos it has a cumin flavor to it. Not really our favorite but just really something different to what beef tartare we normally had. I ordered a scallops for my dinner entree and they were so good. It came with Brussel sprouts and potatoes and they both seasoned really well. My husband ordered their steak and it was so good and juicy. We also ordered their creamy mashed potatoes and their amazing roasted mixed mushroom. The hostes told us that they will have a new fall menu so we are planning to come and check it out come fall!

The phone did not eat first & I'm not mad about. Herd Provisions was 10/10. We made a reservation and were seated right away. The wait staff was very attentive and descriptive. They really knew the menu & I could tell we're passionate about it. The Steaks on the menu were from the owners farm. Because of thar I wanted to try on. I had a 5oz aged sirloin & it was fantastic. My husband had the pork chop- so good- came with mashed potatoes so you could swirl up the amazing sauce with the potatoes. We had the whipped ricotta for an app and we would definitely have it again- very light and flavorful. We each had a Fleetwood dessert cocktail to end our time. And it was their take on an espresso Martini. Soo good. It wasn't your run of the mill dessert cocktail. The menu and wait staff are also very attentive to food allergies.

Their manager ethan ensures everyone has a fantastic dining experience. Our server Clara was friendly and funny. The herd burger and Brussels sprouts are the BOMB and of course nothing is better than a farm raised steak!
