Amazing tour and bourbon experience! Their experience, innovation, and local history are fascinating to learn from. Their Jimmy Red corn bourbon and whiskey flights are a unique experience you won't find anywhere else in Charleston.

Amazing tour by Alexander! We went to Louisville and went on a bunch of tours and this tour was 1000x better! Whiskey lovers will really enjoy this. Go at 2pm when they're still distilling. Really interesting to hear how they started and picked the red corn grain. Good drinks too in general. Gin gin bang bang was a good gin drink!

Took an afternoon tour here with my parents, complete with drinks and food afterwards. Jay was a very insightful, entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide and bartender. He made what I think is quite possibly the best Negroni I've ever had - which is a pretty big feat after living in Italy for a year! Will be stopping by on future trips to Charleston, for sure. Thank you Jay! <3

Friendly staff and great cocktails. The smoked bourbon was great. Definitely a stop if you are into craft distillery

Was parked in their spot, went to the gym first to pay a bill then came out to walk to high wire to see a huge sticker on my driver side window. Least you could have done is put it on the back window. You lost a customer.

So I received Bottle #5 and #6 today. I happened to hear about this incredible Southern Bourbon on the Moonshiners show and after hearing Josh Owen’s & Tim Smith rave about Revival, I decided to order a couple bottles. OMG…I’m hooked. By far the Smoothest Bourbon I’ve ever had. Hats off to you guys ?. Can’t wait to visit Charleston soon and meet you guys in person…..I’m a lifetime fan. ?

An overall great distillery with helpful and informative staff and great drinks at the bar. The bourbons and rye are exceptional. The sherry finished bourbon is one of my favorites as is the tawny port flavored rye. The sherry finish bourbon ads some depth without leaving the bourbon overly sweet. The tawny port finish of the rye leads to a very intriguing profile that I don't find in other port finished ryes, which generally use ruby ports. The use of tawny does show through and exemplifies the care the distillery takes to get a distinct and exceptional flavor profile. The highlight for me was the single barrel bourbon which comes in at 116 proof for the bottle I have. It is exceptionally smooth for this proof point and provides ample and exceptional flavor. This is a true showcase of the heritage corn variety used, Jimmy Red, which comes from the local James Island. If this Bourbon was not local with historical significance it would be exceptional and a personal favorite, but the additional context leads me to appreciate it even more. The smoked unaged whiskey is very useful for mixing and the smoked bourbon is unique and a favorite for my friends and family. The gin, branded as 'Hat Trick' is also a go to for mixing in anything from a gimlet to a martini, Singapore Sling to gin and tonic. This distillery is a true destination for whiskey enthusiasts and a very pleasant visit for drinks regardless of whiskey experience.

Great distillery!!! Love the red corn bourbon and they also have a sherry cask version which is an interesting twist. If you come to the distillery, a single barrel version available which is amazing. I'm not going to take any stars away (because I understand, I guess) but to charge for a sample seems a tad petty, for a distillery.

I love gin, dry and botanical. I love trying new gins, so when in Charleston we decided to stop by. Hat Trick is just not for me. I keep several bottles of gin at home because I love a variety for my G&Ts. This gin was spicy. My husband even thought it was peppery. It is unique, but it's just not for me.

Kind of a cool spot. I didn't do a tour, just stopped in to taste some of their stuff. Not bad, definitely a little different with mash bills that are 100% corn for their bourbon and 100% rye for their rye whiskey. Nice big open area with plenty of seating.
