Bad service from the girl who is there, with a bad character, she treats people badly, she treats people badly, they should close the place immediately.
The staff, especially the woman who attends there, are very rude and pedantic. Food takes a long time to be ready and sometimes they don't even answer you when you ask how long it can take.

Terrible, the woman who attends always does it in a bad way, she is always rude, I have even seen how on several occasions she yells at people who come in to look for pickups, she is a really rude person.

I live around the block from this place and was curious how the food was considering there is zero competition for miles/miles. Food was beyond my expectations 8/10 - Service was 9/10 - Location - Kind of small and dirty - but I will return - the woman w/glasses was there and so nice - cold but nice.

The lady with glasses at the counter should take a course on how to treat people, whenever I come to pick up an order she tells me things yelling at me, she does the same with other drivers. Have empathy and be a better human being when treating a person!

Loved the hibachi here! The springrolls are also great. Everything had great flavor. A lot of veggies. The portion sizes were generous.
The place is small but in a way that was very cozy and the service was fast. We got a starter of gyoza and it was great. For entrees I got the sushi and really enjoyed it, I'm use to spicy tuna rolls being very mild but the one I got here was actually spicy. My fiancee got the bento box and really liked it other then the chicken being a bit chewy; they weren't even able to finish it due to how much food it came with, but they have a much smaller appetite then most.
Also, some other reviews note that the staff is "rude" and I have to disagree, there was only one waitress when we were there and she was great at noticing when people needing something or when we were ready to order/get the bill. I don't think a server has to be super talkative with the table for the service to be considered good.

Food was okay. Service was definitely NOT okay! Our server was the one with the glasses, i didnt catch her name. When she brought our food she accidentally touched the straw that was in my drink, so i asked her nicely for another one, she kind of slammed her tray on the table next to us like she’s mad and brought me a straw with no cover, still TOUCHING IT with bare hands, and she put it ON THE TABLE instead of handing it to me, the straw with no cover .. !!
She was rude, it felt like she was in a rush to go somewhere… ??? Would not recommend to dine in

They are very rude and disrespectful to there customers , the lady in the front with the glasses started talking about me in a disrespectful way in a disrespectful language that she may have thought I wasn’t fluent in , not only that she was very nasty to a couple of doordashers who came in to pick up orders while I was there . Not a place I’d ever go back to . Not a invited atmosphere.

Today we decided on our vacation day we’d stop by and try their food , when we got there the lady was not very polite didn’t greet us at all. Then instead of politely asking what would we like to drink she said it rudely. Then my fiancé had a question about the bento box wether you had to choose which meats because it was our first time there instead of politely answering the question she proceeded to scream at him and he then lost his appetite and he didn’t order anything because of how rude she was. She was nice to the two Asians next to us she was really sweet to and attentive but was very rude to us could possibly be her racially profiling us because we’re Latino. We own a restaurant and personally a bad attitude will be the reason a restaurant is unsuccessful. Because if you do not treat people with respect they will not want to eat there . She never apologized she thought her behavior was okay. I do not recommend going there .
