I did a review and was asked to email. I gave them a chance so deleted old review. I did that and no response.
When I had a company function that was delivered with no issues. They were suppose to add points and never happened. I emailed about it and took over a week to respond, then emailed back with no respond. I then talked with manager and took over 3 week to send to me. When I called back, they put me on hold then hung up on me. Food is good but customer service is awful.

No issues with Honey Baked Ham! I use them for my important holidays that require you to have Ham and Turkey! I love that I can order online and pick up in store and we earn points every time we order online. Mother's Day is coming up and I will be placing my order for some ham slices and Roasted turkey.
