Today was the first time I have ever been to this restaurant but being the burger snob that I am, I wanted to try something I had never had before. With only one location in Charleston, I had no clue how it would be - let me say this. DAMN! (Sorry) This burger was THE best I have ever tasted. This place has some fantastic burgers. It has the best burgers in town. I'll give the place 5 out of 5. The food is 5, the service is 5, and the speed is a 5.
The burger has fresh toppings. The patty is seasoned well. The buns are soft. The fries are always hot and fresh.

This was our first time at Hugh Baby BBQ and Burger Shop and wow we were impressed. The pork sandwich with coleslaw was absolutely delicious and the chili cheese fries were just as good. The flavors were spot on and everything tasted fresh.
