Stay away ….I’ve eaten here a few times. it’s always my last choice, but I like ihop food however this ihop doesn’t supply the same service or food quality I have experience at other ihops . Don’t plan on visiting this location unless you have at least 2 and half hours to kill. it takes about 15 min before some one will come up to the entrance to seat you and your the only one standing up there. Next they will seat you, then it takes another 15 min to 30 mim for someone to take your drink order and if you’re lucky you will get it in 20 to 30!min. Also try and order when you do the drink order because it will take forever for someone to return to your table. You will definitely wait for your order and once it arrives you will be extremely lucky if the order has all the fixings or condiments that comes with it . example chicken fajita omelet. Do not be surprise if the hostess warns you that there is only two staff members working. Did notice at least four families turn around and exit. Actually I’m wishing I had did the same think next time I’ll visit the smoky yolk cafe. I’ve heard their breakfast is awesome and so is their service. This ihop location is the worst definitly doesn’t live up to ihops reputation.

I have had good experiences ordering doordash from this IHOP however the past three times that we have ordered something has been wrong, they left something off, and today they forgot an entire entree. I don't know what is going on because this IHOP had good service before but lately it's been going downhill fast.

This is the first time that I have written a review because of how bad the service I experienced was. We waited more than 25 minutes to be acknowledged or asked if we were ready to order (the place wasn’t even busy). A specific woman with long braided hair and long false eyelashes that had a very nasty and rude demeanor walked past us at least 10 times and just stared us down as if she was in disgust. I unfortunately was unable to get her name and decided to walk out of the restaurant. Please save yourself a very horrible experience and avoid coming to this location.

This location has staffing issues. There is often only one server and one cook that show up for weekend shifts. You will have a wait. It may be 45min to an hour or more. You will witness people give up and leave after waiting at the hostess stand for 10- 15mins. To the staff that are there, y'all do a good job keeping positive attitudes and keeping up as best you can. Hope they get y'all some help soon. Hang in there

Refused us service because supposedly they didn’t have enough employees to take care of us. Mind you there was only 3 small tables and we came at 1pm.
The food on Saturday was really good. Everything was assembled perfectly and tasted extremely good. I thoroughly enjoyed the turkey sandwich but the bathrooms and dining room were a nightmare. I can’t come back to this particular location

My party of 3 had brunch here today. It seemed there was a shortage of staff, so service was very slow. That being said, our server was nice and did her best to get us our food. She said it was her 2nd week and she was training a new employee already.

Live local and went for Sunday breakfast. When we walked in we’re told to sit at a booth around the corner, which happened to be the wrong one. Our server Sha? was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Our coffee and creamer was placed down hard on the table. We asked for silverware and that also was dropped down. We ordered our food and after 45 minutes she walks over with another server and tells us that she forgot to put our order in and with an attitude that it’s going to be a longer wait. We decided to leave and she was fine with it. Never apologized. Another server India came over to us and apologized and said she felt so bad. She offered for us to come back and sit in her section. I have never been treated so rude and disrespected . As a paying customer no one should be treated that way. I will never go to that IHOP again. On our way out the door many people were waiting never even acknowledged. We explained what happened to us and a few left. My hope is that management address this and this server find another job which suits her, hopefully not in food service.
