This place is SOOOOOO slow. I walked in and already saw a guy irritated because he had been waiting for a while. There was only one person working in the store. I waited about 10 minutes until I could have my order taken. The woman that was working would take an order and go to the back and pull out her cell phone and be on the phone for I don’t know how long. I guess to try to find help or whatever but it did not look good. About 20 to 25 more minutes still no cookies. Another Staff member flies through the door and heads straight back to start fixing all the DoorDash orders totally disregarding anyone that ordered at the front counter 30 minutes prior. I asked the guy what is taking so long. He checked the ticket and went to the back then came back to the front and told me the cookies I ordered are currently out and they need to be made. The person that took my order never even started it or told me that they were out. I was not about to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to start baking my order. I ended up just getting A refund and wasted about 30 minutes. Make sure people can actually run the store efficiently. If it needs two people make sure two people are always there.

I ordered through uber eats and they gave me Charley ms order not Shayla’s I’m so pissed. I paid extra for that dulce brownie. ILL NECER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I got someone else’s order and I don’t even eat what they ordered. SO ESSENTIALLY PAID $30 plus bucks FOR TRASH. NEVER AGAIN INSOMNIA COOKIES

Came into the store this evening i have never been there. The place was empty and small. The old lady working was in the back came up to the counter said do you know what you want. I said no she walked right into the back. That made me leave. As the face of this establishment you should be greeting me telling me how ordering of the cookies work and recommend. I was not even met with a smile, 0 hospitaility. Will not be returning.
