⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Insomnia Cookies in Charleston thanks to Tai! From the moment I walked in, Tai was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. He had great energy and made sure my order was exactly right — even gave great recommendations when I couldn’t decide. The cookies were fresh and delicious, and the customer service made it even better. Tai truly represents what great service looks like. Give that man a raise! 🙌🍪
If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. 7/4/25, my first experience ever, at insomnia cookies, was to say the least? Unpleasant. I have been driving for uber eats for over 3 years now, and have never had a situation like this happen. I walked in at approximately 10:18 PM, to a line of about 6 or 7 other uber drivers. After the 3 workers stared at us like we were idiots for a few, the gentleman (although he was anything but a gentleman) walked up and goes “we’re closed” in an obviously very rude, very annoyed tone. I then informed him most of us were with uber. He walked back to the back and proceeded to start ignoring us. Another driver asked “are you going to make our orders” and he snickered, and goes, “haha no”. I immediately left, and contacted uber support. If you don’t wanna work? It’s simple. Don’t work. I will be calling in the morning and asking to speak to a manager, as this is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve never even tried this place before, and now I can confidently say I will NEVER eat at insomnia cookies.
