I've always loved going to Insomnia Cookies when I lived in Jacksonville. I've only been to this location a handful of times. Tonight, I was given a cookie and the outsides were hard as a rock, not too happy about it.

Stumbled upon this place downtown and hubby was super happy they had a GF option. Guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. They had a couple ice creams that were also GF. They had chocolate chip as the GF option so we went with that. Warm, soft, chewy and delicious! Glad to find another dessert place that has GF options! A bit pricey for just one cookie. Will have to come back and try their ice cream next time.

This was my first visit EVER to Insomniac Cookies. The kid that worked there today probably pissed off at something, not friendly. I ordered a dozen cookies and wanted to know if I could mix the varieties, not much explanation was given, then I proceed to tell him how many of which cookies I would like. And without realizing there are Deluxe vs “regular cookies” . Of course, deluxe can’t be in special the dozen. The explanation he gave as to why I can’t have the Deluxe in the regular dozen was condescending, blunt and short. I am certainly not coming back there, even when I can’t sleep and wanted something sweet. This visit was most definitely a sour experience.

Insomnia Cookies at this location has the best cookies ive probably ever tasted. Feels, smells, and taste like homemade cookies. The dough they use is high quality and has a nice butter taste in all their sweets. I can't go here as much because I do Keto, but if I wasn't and wanted to explore an excellent all around desert place, this would be it. The customer service and atomsphere is always pleasant, warm, and friendly. A small shop downtown that was definitely worth trying.

Late night warm cookies! 2am delivery. The absolute best!! Delicious!!!
Insomnia cookies delivered my order without notifying me that it had been delivered. They left the order outside my door for 40 minutes without ringing the doorbell or notifying me of the delivery. When I opened the box there was a cockroach inside the box of cookies. Extremely disappointing.

It's cookies, warm cookies, just like the sign says, but nothing incredible. Nothing spectacular that's bringing me back, especially at the price. Nearly $30 for eight cookies, no thanks. The guys working there are friendly and polite enough, but the product, in our opinion, falls short.
If you kept walking by, fret not, you're not really missing anything special. Or take a chance and roll the dice. It's up to you maybe you'll like them.
