I had an amazing experience at Insomnia Cookies in Charleston thanks to Tai! From the moment I walked in, Tai was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. He had great energy and made sure my order was exactly right — even gave great recommendations when I couldn’t decide. The cookies were fresh and delicious, and the customer service made it even better. Tai truly represents what great service looks like. Give that man a raise! 🙌🍪

Annalise was so helpful! I ordered from Grubhub the other night and had an issue with my order not being delivered even when it was marked as delivered in the app. Grubhub unfortunately wasn’t helpful in the matter, so we called the store to ask if there was anything they could do, that’s when Annalise picked up the phone and helped us out by bumping back the delivery time and even speaking to Grubhub on our behalf. I love Insomnia every time I get it, and while it was unfortunate...

The management here is impeccable. I am a veryyyyy Indecisive person and with so many options I was stumped on what to get. The manager lady that help me was very patient and suggested I tell her what I like and she can give recommendations based on that. You can also sample ice cream if you r just as unsure as me. The cookies were fresh and warm and the taste 😩 I’ll let the picture speak for itself.
