I've always loved going to Insomnia Cookies when I lived in Jacksonville. I've only been to this location a handful of times. Tonight, I was given a cookie and the outsides were hard as a rock, not too happy about it.

Stumbled upon this place downtown and hubby was super happy they had a GF option. Guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. They had a couple ice creams that were also GF. They had chocolate chip as the GF option so we went with that. Warm, soft, chewy and delicious! Glad to find another dessert place that has GF options! A bit pricey for just one cookie. Will have to come back and try their ice cream next time.

Insomnia Cookies at this location has the best cookies ive probably ever tasted. Feels, smells, and taste like homemade cookies. The dough they use is high quality and has a nice butter taste in all their sweets. I can't go here as much because I do Keto, but if I wasn't and wanted to explore an excellent all around desert place, this would be it. The customer service and atomsphere is always pleasant, warm, and friendly. A small shop downtown that was definitely worth...
