This Jersey Mike’s has a terrible working environment. The employees don’t seem to care about their jobs. I’ve seen multiple times where the receipt ended up in the bacon, and the employee just left it in there. They don’t even know how to keep their mouths closed while working, breathing all over the food. And don’t even get me started on the guy in the back who was blaring rap music with inappropriate lyrics. It was a horrible experience, and I highly recommend not eating at this Jersey Mike’s. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mike’s. Usually, my experiences at Jersey Mike’s are good, but this time it was exceptionally bad.

Walked in tonight, dirty table tops, the employees were just standing around behind the counter. Ordered a veggie sandwich, got bacon on it! Walked up to see where the bacon was, totally far away from the veg. They asked if there was a problem, I told them they put bacon on my sandwich. No apology, just a shrug. While eating there, not1 table was wiped, and they're just standing around. Do better!

Very obviously had a giant and a regular sandwich, was rung up for 2 regulars after he asked me if those two sandwiches were what i was purchasing, 10.25 each, guy finishes making the giant and the man behind the register said that it wasn’t paid for , a giant is 16 something , so I don’t understand how i ended up paying 22 dollars for one sandwich even if it was rang in correctly it still wouldn’t have been that much with tax.

Came in and scheduled the ordered wrong for the next day, it was a large catering order. Instead of saying we can’t do anything they acted urgently and made the order on the spot, super impressed. They also were very friendly and didn’t complain about anything. Highly recommend this location and team. The manager and lady running the register were top notch.
