Dingy restaurant serving thrown together sandwiches on hard bread, tasteless meat.. no flavor. Never again.

I absolutely LOVE this jersey Mikes location. I order from here all the time. Turkey provolone and chicken back ranch cheesesteak are my favorites. The staff is fast and makes a heck of a sandwich. Order accuracy for online is very high also, which is appreciated.

As my children frequently remind me, I am a Karen and living true to my name, I know I can be difficult to please. With that said, I have never been disappointed in a visit to this Jersey Mikes, it is actually my 'go to place' when I want a quick lunch or easy dinner. The quality of food and the portions that you get on your sandwich are always top notch. Now, of course if I get oil and vinegar on my sandwich and save it to eat hours later, it's going to be soggy- I saw this mentioned in another review- that sounds like user error. They are very sweet and accommodating, and are more than happy to put the oil and vinegar in little containers so I can put it on later if necessary.

They are also always so sweet and polite when I ask them when they'll be getting in sprouts. I LOVE sprouts on a sandwich, like the Citadel at East Bay Deli. It's basically just a club-type sandwich, but I add sprouts and it takes it to a whole new level! Despite loving the sprouts being an option at East Bay, I still am a faithful customer at this Jersey Mikes because of the service and consistency. It can be hard to find a sandwich shop or the likes with polite, friendly, and courteous employees, and that is what I get when I visit this Jersey Mikes. I am also always so confident in the cleanliness and sanitation- the building is always clean and I can see that their prep area is kept very clean. I feel like a truly valued customer when I am here and feel as if it really is their goal to give me a high quality, well made sandwich!

So, my takeaway- this Jersey Mikes is phenomenal- I highly recommend. The only thing that I might suggest would be adding in a few additional options to add to a sandwich- like sprouts and olives! Not everyone's cup of tea, but would be a nice addition!

My family and I love stopping in this Jersey Mikes and I just need to do a shout out because this weekend when we stopped in to grab lunch, it was such a nice reprieve from the stressful hustle and bustle of holiday crowds out shopping.

The service is fantastic and everyone is always very friendly and very willing to make accommodations due to dietary restrictions or special requests. Some places you aren’t quite sure what exactly you’ll get, but here I always know exactly what to expect- the sandwiches are consistently made and always delicious! The Italian is on point, and my husband loves the Stickball Special!

We highly recommend stopping in for a sub!

Kid-friendliness: Everyone is so nice and respectful, I never worry about my kids hearing something they shouldn’t. The store is also consistently clean- something I always keep an eye out for having very young kids.

To the crew working on 10/31/24 Halloween night. Thank you for being so courteous and awesome to my family. 40 mins till y'all closed and we were never rushed. You were so polite and let us eat inside, while making sure we knew to take our time. Thank you for a great experience and your boss needs to give this crew a raise.

I’ve had my fair share of undesirable experiences with sub shops. THIS Jersey Mikes is amazing! The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and even recommends menu items. Though this particular location is busy, I am always seen within record time, and I never feel rushed when ordering. The facility is very clean and feels comfortable and their ingredients are always fresh. The staffs work ethic is top tier from start to finish.
The shopping center it is located in can have some traffic coming in, but Jersey Mikes has lots of parking around the building. Highly recommend stopping in!

Picked up a giant sandwich for 4th of July picnic. While the the sandwich was good , it was poorly wrapped. One piece of paper that was too small for the whole sub. That left one end of the sandwich exposed. Suggestion that giants be cut into 4 pieces and halfs wrapped individually.
