Jersey Mike's Subs

Rude staff never going back!! (update) so I called no response! Obviously, this store and its management does not care about its customers. Keep up the good work… too many choices for lunch to deal with a rude staff and a non-existent customer service.

Friendly environment

They need to start using the to-go rack for to-go orders! This is the second time I’ve been waiting forever for my food, staring at an empty rack while my cheese steak is getting soggy sitting ready to go 10 ft from me. The confusing part is that both times I told them what I was picking up. If not already prepped and ready, they forget that I’m there when the food is finally done. The sandwiches are consistently standard but the communication and organization is suffering.

These guys really don’t care if you ordered an extra meat and cheese.. 5 of 10 my subs were regular but i ordered with extra meat and cheese only.
Each time same subs are different! Can’t you use some standards or?

New Years Eve 2024, came into this Jersey Mike's for my late birthday dinner. Ashley the sweet lady behind the counter helping us, was patience and kind. We have a large family and it can be difficult to get everyone ordered. She not only took time to answer our questions but she also gave advice. Great experience.. would definitely recommend. Not to mention the food was GREAT!!

I came in on 12/28 in the evening for some subs and I was greeted by a hardworking and receptive staff. I had placed an order on the JM app and it was scheduled for a 7:20 pm pick up.

The team was very busy so a young man by the name of Wyatt, I believe, came from behind the counter and apologized for the delay, even though it was only a few minutes past and I wasn’t in a rush. He offered me a fountain drink while I waited, but I didn’t really need one and I understood that they were busy. He apologized once more and then hopped back on the line and started working away. After a few minutes, my subs were ready, which were great, and he insisted that I at least take a soda for the road so I relented.

I wanted to give a shout out to Wyatt, and to the two other ladies as well, who were also working very hard and were very polite with hellos, goodbyes, and have a good evenings. Thanks y’all for the help and I’ll be back soon.

There were three young guys working the shift today and they had an overwhelmingly big lunch rush. They were so nice to everyone and were working so hard to get everyone everything they needed.

Came today and they are literally ignoring online orders to take everyone coming through the door first waited 30 mins for one sandwich

The service here is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to assure the best customer service possible. I highly recommend,can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I went to Jersey Mikes on folly rd for lunch and it was our first time there and the customer service was beyond excellent. Everyone made us feel so welcome and because I have an allergy. They accommodated my needs even while they were in a lunch rush. The food was great and the employees were even better. We definitely will be going back!

Third time in a row I've gotten the wrong stuff on my sandwich. First time, a load of mayonnaise. Second time, only lettuce and onion. Today, it had jalapenos and no tomato. I'm so confused. If I can get the wrong sandwich 3 times in a row, how is everyone else not getting the wrong stuff too?

I came in this morning before nine and immediately was taken care of even before they were open what great customer service I was stuck here for days with the weather it literally made my day
