Jersey Mike's Subs

The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! I’ll probably go back because the place is decent otherwise, but I am DONE ordering hot subs unless I can stand there and personally supervise this guy messing with my food!!!

One of the absolute best stores I've been in. Service was very friendly, the system the manager has in place is superior and I was in and out of there within 4 mins. Bravo, Jersey Mike's, well done and I'll be back based on that service!

I loved Jersey Mike's cheesesteak and chipotle cheesesteaks for a few years. But this location in particular always seems to go light on the steak. For the high price that they charge for it, the amount of steak seems to keep dropping to where soon I'd expect to be eating a roll with some mayo on it. I gave up on local Jersey Mike's for about a year because of this frustration and after a recent return trip, it seemed like the problem has only gotten worse. This and a couple of others in the area have all the hallmarks of greedy ownership. The staff is nice and service is decent, however, so it really seems like this is just coming from the top and that it's a local ownership issue. The hoagie is well prepared, there's just not much of it.

The last 2 times I came to this location the bread was stale. The food taste like a rhe refrigerator or they are not storing it correctly by changing out containers. I usually go to the one on hwy 17 and I never have any complaints because it's so fresh and tasty but this location just taste so different. The bread was so stale and the overpowering taste of the fridge makes the food taste old. I have worked in so many kitchens fixing and retraining work crews because of improper storage. I'm an expert at tasting these issues. I saw that the ingredients looked very over kept. The tomatoes were so soft and that is because they are restored to long along with the onions and the mayo had that discolored cap from being stored improperly as well. I hope this location improves these things. Mabey management needs to be retrained and then downwards. Very disappointing today.

Italian sub was good. Love the meat cut fresh. Staff was very attentive and ready to get our order. They had nice teamwork. The only thing that was negative- tables not wiped down and bathroom had no paper towels. Gotta keep up the front of the house ;)

One of the best Jersey Mike’s around. Eat work lunches here frequently and use them to cater for events/large meetings at our facility as well. The order is always right, on time, and great quality. They will even label all the subs with everyone’s name on it if you order correctly through the app. The staff is super friendly and even remember my name. They deal with a lot of tough customers from what I’ve seen and always handle professionally. I got to witness a purple haired Karen walk in one day and accuse all the staff of trying to rip her off, claiming the J.Mike’s website wouldn’t let her tip anything less than 20%. Guess she isn’t intelligent enough to realize there’s a software engineer responsible for that one and the staff literally has no control over it but really felt the need to berate some kids at their part time job. Keep up the great work y’all!

Placed order as I was leaving my house 8 minutes away. When I arrived it was very busy and I mentally prepared myself to wait for a while, but when I walked in someone asked if I was picking up, I said “yeah but I just placed the order no worries”, and the lovely lady responded with “here you go” at which point she handed me my order which must have been made by a sorcerer because they were cooked perfectly and no cap the best cheesesteaks in Charleston. This place slaps and I will be coming back asap. Thank you!
