The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! One of the absolute best stores I've been in. Service was very friendly, the system the manager has in place is superior and I was in and out of there within 4 mins. Bravo, Jersey Mike's, well done and I'll be back based on that service!

The last 2 times I came to this location the bread was stale. The food taste like a rhe refrigerator or they are not storing it correctly by changing out containers. I usually go to the one on hwy 17 and I never have any complaints because it's so fresh and tasty but this location just taste so different. The bread was so stale and the overpowering taste of the fridge makes the food taste old. I have worked in so many kitchens fixing and retraining work crews because of improper...
