It is hard to find a place downtown that is affordable, consistent, and has great service like this location does. This is a reliable place for a good sandwich that wont take too much of your time and always has a great atmosphere. I'm addicted to their chicken bacon ranch sub. I especially appreciate the atmosphere and service from the staff that works there, who are always friendly and happy to take your order.

First time eating at Jersey Mike's. I came in for the new Chicken Breast sub. I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken breast was very good, very fresh tasting and lots of meat on the sub too. Customer service was really good too, except it was a bit loud inside so I had to repeat myself several times. One guy seemed a little slow at putting my order together, but a lady helped out and she was very kind..otherwise I'd give y'all a 5 star rating. Food was 5 stars tho.

I went on a Tuesday night and let me tell you, it was quite not what you’d expect for a Tuesday night. I walked in and was instantly greeted by some enthusiastic staff who were lively to work and be accompanied by some great music. Overall very warm energy. My food was handed in a reasonable time and tasted great! This was a phenomenal experience of a Jersey Mikes thanks to the staff!

Should have asked for my money back. It took 25 minutes to get a sandwich and I was the only person there. After waiting 10 mins someone came over to me and said that they ran out of pastrami and to pick something else. I went with steak and cheese. While I was waiting, asked to use the bathroom and they said NO?! it was for employees only? Sounds illegal. So I'm supposed to eat a sandwich there and can't even wash my hands?? The table was filthy and I ended up cleaning it myself while the employees watched. Then the sandwich comes out and the bread is soaked through with grease like a wet sponge. Tried to pick it up but it fell apart. So I asked for a fork and they looked annoyed and just pointed towards the soda machine. It was slimy, flavorless, chewy so I threw it in the trash and walked out. Island Provisions is right around the counter and everything is super fresh, friendly and at the same price point.

Went in with a busy one year feeling overwhelmed. Not only did the staff engage with me but my child also. They made my order fast and the whole process easy. Thank you to the staff working tonight !!

Sometime they get my order wrong. Most of the time it’s not a big deal but recently ordered a gluten free snickerdoodle cookie and was given a chocolate chip cookie… which I can’t eat. Pretty much a waste of money, shouldn’t have to check my order in the bag every time I pick it up.

Normally love Jersey Mike's......this location not so much. I ordered two items, the first one was made and when I went to select the toppings on my second sandwich I was essentially placed on pause while they worked on someone else's four sandwich order
When I asked why I was being skipped over no one would say anything and just made me wait 10 minutes.
Absolutely floored that there was a preference to others without finishing the current customer

I love jersey mikes, but I ordered an online order to this store, and when I arrived 30 minutes later they had not even started it yet. They had no orders and no customers. If you are in a rush please do not come to this location.
