Jersey Mike's Subs

I enjoy most of the Jersey Mikes locations but this one is by far the worst. Tried to give this location multiple chances but the food tastes old and stale in comparison to other locations. Not to mention the employees were incredibly unprofessional and standoffish toward me the entire interaction, including girl employees who felt the need to mock me, comment on my attire, and even suggest i cover myself more, despite the summer heat. unless you’re completely covered head to toe in the hundred degree weather and also somehow craving sour deli meat come to this Jersey Mikes.

Ashley is great!

I got no bacon on my club sandwich that was supposed to have bacon, my homie got mushrooms on his sandwich when he specifically asked for no mushrooms, and to top it all off, they moved as slow as snails

I love coming to this JM’s for lunch! I usually order ahead on the mobile app and I eat in-store. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and always well stocked. I’ve never had an issue with my food and I’ve been ordering from here for over a year now.

Absolute failure! They gave our huge prepaid delivery order away to someone else and then told us they were out of bread when we tried to re-order. Who does that? How incompetent can you be?

Terrible sub making skills my order was literally thrown together ! Sub bread was cut incorrectly I could have just made a sandwich home workers need more training on how to make a sub correctly bread sliced like a sandwich instead of sub

Walked in to an empty restaurant—no customers, no greeting. One employee eventually appeared, coughing directly onto the meat cutter. Multiple times. No effort to cover their mouth or step away.

More staff slowly emerged, all looking genuinely confused as to why we were there. No communication. No sense of urgency. Just blank stares. After an awkward wait, a manager finally stepped in and essentially had to teach each employee how to cut meat, slice cheese, and even explain the menu—at a chain restaurant.

This isn’t a one-time issue, either. I’ve ordered remotely several times, and even with a template order where all I need to do is walk in, say my name, and pick it up, the staff is completely lost. Every time. They act like they’ve never handled a pickup order before, looking around for answers that aren’t coming.

After a long, painful process, we finally got our food. No eye contact, no thanks, no apology. Just complete disengagement from the staff.

Absolutely typical experience.

It is hard to find a place downtown that is affordable, consistent, and has great service like this location does. This is a reliable place for a good sandwich that wont take too much of your time and always has a great atmosphere. I'm addicted to their chicken bacon ranch sub. I especially appreciate the atmosphere and service from the staff that works there, who are always friendly and happy to take your order.
