This place would get 0 stars if that was an option. Tried this establishment twice for a quick sandwich on my trip and was appalled by the customer service both nights. Tonight was absolutely astonishing. The people here are entitled and disgusting. You can’t ask for a single thing without the staff getting the most outrageous attitude and literally screaming at me for wanting grilled onions added to my sandwich! The manager heard her screaming at us and wouldn’t get involved. I’m appalled. I have never ever ever had an experience like this over asking for onion to be added to my sandwich and have never experienced anything like this at any restaurant in my life. Different staff each night and they seriously need an overhaul.

Absolutely embarrassing they completely messed my order up so bad you would have thought it was on purpose I was looking forward to a nice meal but I got extra tomato’s instead in none and they messed the bread up if you are planning on coming here take the extra time to go somewhere else

Staff slapped my sub together with little care, seemed poorly trained and in over their heads despite me being the only one in the shop.

I enjoy most of the Jersey Mikes locations but this one is by far the worst. Tried to give this location multiple chances but the food tastes old and stale in comparison to other locations. Not to mention the employees were incredibly unprofessional and standoffish toward me the entire interaction, including girl employees who felt the need to mock me, comment on my attire, and even suggest i cover myself more, despite the summer heat. unless you’re completely covered head to toe in the hundred degree weather and also somehow craving sour deli meat come to this Jersey Mikes.

Ashley is great!

I got no bacon on my club sandwich that was supposed to have bacon, my homie got mushrooms on his sandwich when he specifically asked for no mushrooms, and to top it all off, they moved as slow as snails
