Have had great experiences at this location. Friendly staff and seemingly more delicious food but this is my new home store from now on. Just want to thank them all again because this kind our outgoing friendliness isn’t found everywhere. Thanks again

Doesn't actually open when store is listed open. They do whatever they want for open and closing times. Don't come here if you want this place to be open and ready for you to order

The store manager, main woman in charge is phenomenal. It's a busy store and she always has everything under control. Of course, the food quality is top notch. Jersey Mike's rocks!

Love jersey mikes, food is great, subs are unbeatable, but women who appeared to potentially be manager or lead today made our subs with gloves on, turned around and texted/called on phone, and returned to sub station with same gloves! Ewww I felt so bad for the guys sandwich she touched after! Just change your gloves please :)

Came in last night at 8:30 and got a sandwich!The lady was super nice and we had a good conversation. The sandwich was delicious and fresh.Love their subs!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I picked up an order on New Year's Day. I understand it's difficult working on holidays and I just came from my own holiday retail shift so I came in with an extremely positive and grateful attitude. The cashier who took my order at approximately 3 pm was one of the rudest employees at any business that I've ever encountered. If you want to be laughed at, talked down to, and experience 0 friendliness- this is where to go. I love jersey Mikes and have for years but I will drive the extra distance to go to one further away where people are nicer and easy to work with/talk to.After getting home, my entire food order was wrong which was obviously a disappointment. However, after the rudeness I received while in store, it wasn't even worth going back and complaining sinceI didn't feel like being laughed at or dealing with whatever comments she would make while remaking them.

I absolutely love this location! Less crowded than most locations I’ve ever been too. The store is always clean and the Store manager treated us with phenomenal customer service. I will be a returning customer whenever I’m in the James island

I love this location. The staff was friendly. I always get a #14 and the staff had no problem making sure the area and knife were clean from meat. They are also quick when you’re short on time.

I love Jersey Mikes but the service at this location is sub par depending on who’s working. Young high schoolers who have no manners, just stand there and look at you, or maybe mumble at best when asking for your order.
