Horrible experience.. did an online order and picked up my two subs, both subs were completely drenched in vinegar so the bread was completely soaked and soft! Also requested for both subs to be cut in half… didn’t happen! My chips were not with order my order. Horrible location! Avoid this place!

If you don't tip them, they don't put your bag in a to go box. You have to do it yourself. That is a bit ridiculous being the food and beverage industry. I would have to say this is probably the worst Jimmy John's, that I've ever ever been to my own entire life. When I asked the lady if they can put it in the bag, she pointed at the bags didn't even say there were the bag just pointed.

I walked in on my lunch. Went to the register. There was a guy standing behind the register with dreads who was sweating and just looked at me. There were no other customers so I just walked up smiled and ordered. Before I ordered, he said nothing to acknowledge me or otherwise indicate that he was aware of my presence but considering he was the only one at the register, I assumed he was taking orders.After I ordered he moved to another register. I made eye contact with a female employee there who started at me but said nothing as if she knew what was about to happen. The guy at the register moved back to the original register and mumbled something. I leaned in and stated “I’m sorry?” Because I hadn’t heard him and he shouted “I’m not taking to you! I’m in my head! I’m not talking to you!” I just threw my hands up said “Nevermind” and walked out.Why anyone thinks that’s an appropriate way to speak to an absolute stranger, and a customer no less, is beyond me. There are plenty other places in Charleston to spend my money. It won’t be here if these are the kind of people they hire.

messed up my order because the dude taking my order literally didn’t even listen to me and made me some random sub and when i asked for chips and drink didn’t charge me for the drink then yelled at me for asking for a drink..then refused to refund me or remake

I had a great experience! I rushed in to grab a couple sandwiches during a work gig. Jordan took great care of me! He made sure my sandwiches were exactly as I needed them and walked me through his process. He definitely takes pride in his work. Will definitely grab sandwiches from here again!

I can't speak in regards to online orders, but we stopped by this location in person tonight and thought the workers were delightful :). What a joyful group to chat with! The sandwiches we had were honestly the best I've ever had at JJ's. Well done! Was really fun to talk to some down-to-earth people who cared about our order.

I have been going to this location for years. Jimmy John's is always what it is. The sandwiches are good and it's, of course, freaky fast. I have had times where my sandwich isn't done how I ask it but it is what it is. I always grab to-go and the tap on the payment machine doesn't work. Will continue to go back whenever I have a craving for a #2.

I highly recommend to NOT order from this store. The driver on a bicycle who is a heavy set Caucasian man consistently leaves our residents food outside in Pet urine not attempting to deliver properly. When I caught the biker I flagged him down to show him the process.He screamed he didnt care and I mentioned I would call the store to which he replied “I am the manager”.I called the store 6 times and was hung up on. Finally I reached someone who DID sound like him and he hung up the phone on me. My resident DID tip WELL also so this is extremely unacceptable

I went their 06/21/2023 and paid $20.20 for a turkey sub and a chicken wrap. I questioned the price and was told I even paid for the cheese they put on the sub.Well the sub wasn't Good at all and the guy was looking at a piece of paper to see what to put on the chicken wrap.I know they over charge me but I was on my way to my second job and need bite to eat.I will never go back there,

I was just minding my business eating my sandwich when all of a sudden the manager cussed at his employee working the register. I had to leave immediately. Don’t swear at your employees!!!!

I ordered from the app and my order was never delivered. I tried to call the store multiple times to get another sandwich or a refund but I was never able to speak to anyone. Now I’ve paid for a sandwich that I never received and I have no way of getting the money I paid for it back. The phone number listed apparently doesn’t work??

They never deliver the food. Just close the order out and say delivered. Scam. I plan showing up there tomorrow to have words with the manager

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! They will steal your money as they did mine and my friends. They will accept your order, take your money and NEVER deliver the sandwiches. I called corporate and they told me there was "nothing they can do since this was a franchise."This is THEFT I will be talking to the BBB and city of commerce. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
