They were very busy so it took awhile for my order to be made. Which was fine with me, but the GM took it upon himself to make my meal free. That's tremendous awareness and service on his part. This store is in great hands! I highly recommend.

I ordered on the app and put what my party wanted on each sandwich for a group. I was told they don't do that and the additude that the employee gave me was so awful.

Used to go here 2 - 3 x a week. Not sure what happened here the last 3 months but it went from normal JJ's experience to being flat out awful. Orders are always wrong. Chips missing. Drinks wrong. Toppings are half rotten. Bread is scraped paper thin. It's pretty bad. Takes f o r e v e r even if you order online and have a confirmed pickup time. Sandwiches are just bad. Skip this location until management fixes it. Such a waste of time and money.

They get mad and remove your delivery address when they don’t get a tip because there’s nothing freaky fast about this location waited 1 hour for my lunch couldn’t even eat it because by time it got there lunch was over so I removed my tip and now can’t get a delivery anymore also normally I make sure to give 20-25% on this specific day I gave 25% and then took it back because they didn’t deserve it

"Freaky Fast" is not their motto here. I ordered a sandwich a few months ago and it took an hour and 40 min. Last week I ordered and it took 45. Today I decided to just pick it up and when I got there (after saying it was ready) they didn't have the order at all. I was happy that the gentleman behind the counter recognized I had an issue and resolved it within 10 min. But this establishment as a whole seems to be disorganized.

I don’t suggest delivery they are not freaky fast ordered for lunch and waited an hr for my food so lunch was over by time I got it so I took my 25% tip back because they didn’t get to me until 30 minutes after my order left the store according to the delivery tracker and an hour after the order was placed and received by the store according to the very same order tracker so now they removed us from their delivery list as if it’s my fault they wasn’t really freaky fast as advertised
