Atmosphere totally going downhill since we moved here in 2012. You can hear music blasting from TBonz next door along with the music there. Bright lights on inside, used to have dim lighting. Bartender, wait staff gossiping loudly and all over the place. Very unprofessional. At least the bourbon pecan pie was delicious, should have got it to go.

Terrible service, low quality coffee drinks for double the cost, and the atmosphere needs to be improved upon! Upon arriving, we weren't sure if we needed to go inside or wait in a line, or plan to eat our desserts there. I think this place needs to determine whether to serve people to go or have people dine in since they have the same staff doing both, significantly reducing the quality of service for both.
I went there for desserts and an iced coffee, and since the seating options appeared to be terrible due to the people all standing around the tables waiting for their to go items.
After ordering, they told us to go outside to wait for our items. After a 25 minute wait, I decided to go back inside to inquire about our order and I could see what appeared to be my order behind 3+ other orders that were also already ready to be handed out, but the staff was so limited they completely stopped handing out items to people waiting for their order.
Now that my iced latte was almost completely melted, plus it was only 3/4 filled in the cup, it tasted terrible as did our food since the desserts were partially melted and only average quality. After stepping back outside, we decided to let the others know who were also patiently waiting for their order that though they said we should wait outside to have the items brought out, they should definitely go in to get their orders of they wanted then before they were completely melted.
If this place chose to either do take out or even dine in but with the focus of ordering your food at the kiosk and then sit down, it would likely be a much better experience. Having servers physically serve a table like a sit down restaurant while also serving take out COLD desserts, someone is going to suffer, if not both types of patrons.
I will not be going back to this place until they can figure out making the take out more efficient to avoid fully melted desserts and watered down melted iced coffees, especially since they are double the cost of Waflin Coffee & Desserts which we decided to go to afterwards since all of our desserts were melted by the time we received them and Waflin was an amazing experience with better quality desserts, great coffee, and terrific service since it appears to be family run with passion. Anyone reading this review should skip Kaminsky's all together and just go to Waflin until Kaminsky's can figure out their take out or dine in service models.

We stopped in for a “quick” takeout for dessert. Not sure why, but was asked to wait outside while the two slices were boxed up. Took nearly 15 mins plus to flip something that should have taken 30 seconds.insane to me.

Parking: Not too difficult to find parking nearby. Usually can find a spot on street. If not there are parking lots nearby.
