I went inside and had a hard time finding what I wanted on the Kiosk. I proceeded to the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece all dark extra crispy with biscuits and honey. ( I really didn’t want the sides but by this time I was willing to compromise). When I arrived at the window I was advised my order would take 7 minutes. I told her that was fine and reminded her of the honey. Approximately 10 minutes later I received my order and had to ask the gentleman for my honey for the third time. When I arrived home I discovered I had mostly white meat with my order

It took us 45 minutes to get 8 pieces of chicken and 2 large slaws. Such poor service. State of our society. We will NEVER come to this location again. The sad thing is, no one really cares. If I could give this place a "0" star, I would.

Pathetic "restaurant". Ordered an 8 piece bucket with two sides. The 8 pieces consisted of 5 thighs and 3 legs. The idiot lady working the drive-thru said nothing...handed me my crappy food and said nothing. A robot could've done better. $30 for crappy food and a worse experience. Never again...

These two people. They worked Monday, November 4. They are people who do not deserve the job. They make delivery people wait for approximately more than an hour. The manager should put cameras in the place and see how his employees disrespect all of us drivers. People who arrive always have to cancel because of the wait time. And it's not fair since we all work. And our time is also valuable. I waited from 11:54 to 12:57 and they never delivered the order. It just said coming. They don't care since they don't have any manager to do anything about it. Please this bothers us and delays all of us Uber and doordash. We must have a little more love for our neighbor?

My daughter and I went to get lunch in the drive thru and we had to wait 45 minutes to nearly an hour before we got our food we even saw a man behind us get out the drive thru line and go inside to get his food

We visited this location at lunch time last week and had a horrible experience. The person at the drive-through was rude and though there was only one car in front of us, our simple order took forever. When we got home, my meal was missing the fries, my husband's chicken was over cooked and inedible. To make it worse, we were given the wrong drinks. The employees in this location could care less.
Waited almost a 1/2 hour. All the diet sodas were carbonated water only. The coleslaw was just slaw with no mayo (or whatever they use for moisture), the mashed potatoes were cold, the biscuit was hard & dry and the chicken tenders were not crispy.

I order sprite ..I got pepsi that’s not the problem it’s just my larger cup wasn’t filled only half way ..I ordered 10 piece boneless Georgia Gold sauce, not sure what I got and it was like water I poured it out smh and added sweet baby bbq sauce and make it good
