Awful- 25 minutes to get food - tok order - didn’t even mention out of Cole slaw- no cookie - never has extra crispy- always slow- no biscuit - how is this place even open?
Oh the girl who took the order / filled the order - and didn’t mention anything until we checked it - no mac and cheese either. Place is an absolute disaster

This place SUCKS . Ordered takeout , was told when my order would be ready. Have them an extra ten minutes because I was stuck on rush hour traffic. Got there , was told my order wasn't ready. Waited another fifteen minutes for employees to stop wandering around with a mindless look on their face or to get off their phone to make my order, after the last at the register asked three times where my order was. And after all that they didn't even get my order right. No fries that I ordered , got the wrong pieces for the three piece meal I got . Never again.

This is crazy slow place. 3 seconds turned into 30 minutes of waiting and still no food. And there was only 1 car in front of me. Sweet tea only drink they have on Tuesday 5p.m. first and last time.

Service on the evening of July 3rd 2025 was absolutely deplorable!!!
Ordered in 8 piece meal with 2 sides.
Mashpotatoes were half powder (Mix).
Cole Slaw was extremely dry.
Was told it would be a 12 minute wait for this $28 dollar order. After 45 minutes I did not have my order.

It took forever for someone to take my order. 3 people in the store including me 5 people behind the counter including the manager. No one in the drive thru and to top it off my famous bowls had like 2 nuggets in each one. This is simply ridiculous I spent 20 minutes for 16$ worth of mash potatoes. This was such a rip off. I want my money back and the staff disciplined that type of service and inconsistency can not be tolerated.

This KFC is the definition of “we just don’t care.”

Every time I’ve come here, it’s like walking into a ghost town with a chicken fryer. They close early constantly, even when their posted hours say otherwise. If you show up anytime near closing, don’t bother — doors are locked, lights are off, and the employees are already out in the parking lot laughing like it’s a block party.

Inside? Filthy. Trash on the floors, tables always sticky, and it smells like cleaning day never came.

Meanwhile, the employees — when they are present — are either lounging in the lobby on their phones or posted up around their cars outside while a line of customers stands around waiting like we’re the ones bothering them. When they finally speak to you, it’s with an attitude that makes you wish you’d just gone anywhere else.

I don’t expect five-star service from fast food, but basic decency and cleanliness shouldn’t be too much to ask. KFC corporate needs to pay this location a surprise visit ASAP. It's a terrible look for the brand.

Do yourself a favor — go literally anywhere else. Colonel Sanders would roll in his grave if he saw this place.

Cashier would not inquire with manager about a military discount!

I have never such a poor quality and unprofessional service at a KFC like this one!

Horrible service this place need to shut down , first it so unsanitary and the amount of time you wait on your food you would think it fresh , nope it old and cold. Management is rude , always sitting in the lobby eating but your staff is struggling with orders .
