Food and service was great! Sides are extra which they don't tell you. Little expensive for my taste but the experience was great!

Took the whole family, 6 of us. Everyone was happy with their orders. Bar drinks were pretty slow to come out despite few patrons, but we were pleased overall. The quesadillas are very heavy on the cheese, so beware if that's not what you like, I enjoyed mine but could only eat a single piece as it was so heavy (just means leftovers for work).

I enjoy visiting this location. There are moments when I get frustrated because of the change of the menu, prices, specials, and/or ingredients. I can taste the difference with the food. The environment is clean, including the restroom. The staff is friendly.

So hard to decide which to pick but can never go wrong with the kickin chicken sandwich

Good chain with good food. My suggestion from my most recent visit: KC should indicate on the menu that customers can't mix and match the 3 tacos special. Don't make us wait to ask until someone is ready to take our order. That wastes both the waiter's/waitresses' and the customer's time. Otherwise, the service is 5 stars. Cmon maaaan.

Reply to owner reply: Hmmm that doesn't seem definite enough bc "busy" is open to interpretation. If you can't do it in some circumstances, then don't do it at all and indicate as much on the menu. Saves time for everyone.

Delicious food! We came two days in a row on our vacation to Charleston! Would definitely come back!

I ordered the chicken tenders which was not tender. It appears they were refried. A waste of time and money

The hostess was rude, the waitress was nice and inviting, and the food came to the table ice cold and this is the second time this has happened to me this month. I will never eat at this restaurant again

I dropped the review stars due to belief of over charging. Tried sending email to store directly, but it wouldn't go through. Sent email to email address listed for feedback, and I'll be awaiting response.
If I'd kept the receipt, I'd give full information, but didn't get a final when offered.
My total for 6 people, during half off appetizers, with only 2 entrees= $133
There was a discount given through my friends app / points connection, but that still seems to not have added up to being charged $12.99 for 2 sauces.

I like to eat here often because it’s near the Elks Lodge that I attend. I go to Kickin‘ Chicken and grab a meal to take down to the lodge to eat. Actually, several of our members do this. My order is always right, the service is great, and the food is delicious!! I highly recommend Kickin’ Chicken!!

Order the kicken chicken sandwich that says bacon and ended up with a chicken tender sandwich with bacon bits! No the same! Very disappointed.

Got sat and after 10 minutes Noone said a word to us ,a table of three men came in after that were seated and waited on ..Noone even looked our way ..HORRIBLE..SO RUDE ..DO BETTER UR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!
