I went there in the middle of the day, and the sign said they were open, but the door was locked with no explanation as to why, with no people inside, either. I double-checked the hours just in case, and like I thought, they should have been open. There was also a slip stuck to the door for a missed package delivery, which loocked very unprofessional. As a jew myself, I expected more from a Jewish business.

I have not been able to try all the cookie flavors just yet, but I’m definitely working on it! I have loved all the ones I have tried so far! The staff here is amazing and can’t forget the pup! I love seeing him when I go in. The guys and Megan all know my coffee upon me walking in and have it ready for me and then we discuss what cookie I should get, I usually get the three pack because they are so yummy!

Not impressed. Taste like slice and bake cookies. Definitely not worth the calories. I am not particularly a fan of Crumble either due to the terrible ingredients in their cookies. La Patisserie a few blocks North is excellent.

I was spoken to quite vulgarly when asking for a bathroom. I came in to use their restroom and to get a snack and drink after shopping all morning. After asking for the restroom I was told to “think” and to “grow up” after i asked him where the restroom was. He used profanities towards me and I do not think a business owner/employee should treat customers in such a way. I had full intentions of purchasing afterwards. But after seeing his attitude and how he treats people I do not wish to give this establishment my business. Tread carefully when going into this business. The owner seems to be insecure.

Delicious cookies! Soft, flavorful, so many unique options. I had orange creamsicle and strawberry lemonade cookies with strawberry ice cream as a sandwich. We also ordered a sandwich with m&m sugar cookies and salted caramel ice cream. Worth a stop here! They had some gluten free cookie options too which was a nice surprise.
Dietary restrictions: A few gluten free cookie options were available. Also some dairy free frozen ice cream type options.

Cookies were very good! Large variety. Hot chocolate was really good! And service was great. Very friendly and the gentleman even sang happy birthday to my daughter. We loved it!
