Love this place! Ambiance and waiters are amazing, definitely recommend doing a reservation. If you like spicy food then this is the place for you. If your a wimp with spice go somewhere else! The crescent dumplings are a must as well! . The sichuan pepper is a taste you’ll always remember!

FINALLY! Sichuan food as spicy as its supposed to be! The Cumin lamb noodles were the highlight. Cool place and delicious food! Unfortunately I was too busy eating to take pictures but I highly recommend!

This place is special. Great bartender with fun beverage suggestions. Food is excellent (someone in the kitchen really cares) and they were very kind to make small special requests.

Update: I ordered delivery from Kwei Fei. The lamb dumpling were great, but the La Zi Ji was INEDIBLE! I love spicy, but this was so hot. It had no flavor, just burned my mouth. I thought it was the same dish I had last time, but it clearly wasn't. Also what's with restaurants not including rice with a main dish? Such a cheap gateway to milk another three bucks out of people!

I've been wanting to go here for a while but it's not an area I usually frequent. Went there last week for takeout, the food was amazing, living up to all the hype and more. Yes it is very spicy, but delicious! Service was excellent, the staff helped me pick out several dishes to try. My only complaints are that it is a bit on the expensive side, especially for takeout. And I could do without the ideological flags over the bar.

Great place to eat in Charleston! We loved Sichuan food, and Kwei Fei delivered. All our dishes were very flavorful, tasted fresh and the portions were generous. We loved the dumplings special, as well as the shiitake appetizer and Sichuan beef. The atmosphere was very relaxed, not your typical Chinese place! Our daughter loved the food as well, not too spicy, but she's used to it and expected it! The cocktail was delicious as well. A great experience, and we'll be coming back for sure.

Awesome place to eat, I had no idea it was right next to the pour house. The service was awesome, the suggestions were better and I know I’ll be making a 2nd return maybe even a 3rd. The atmosphere was great and they had a beautiful bar and more seating outside which is covered my plants so you’d never know there would be seating. It also blocks the traffic, I would have to say I did love the drinks but I’d rather a cider beer. But I managed and overall an awesome place.

Wow! Alex is the absolute best. We were excited about the hot tomato summer special, and Alex guided us through the menu and also recommended so many delicious items. Wonderful service and wonderful food. The host is in the cool green skirt was also accommodating of our large party. It's always a special experience here. You can't go wrong at Kwei Fei! <3
