About Hotel Bennett
Hotel Bennett Reviews
I am staying here now. The staff is excellent to say the least. But we had some issues with our room when we got here. They did try to accommodate us. They knew it was our anniversary and i am surprised that not even a complimentary dinner or even a bottle of wine was given. This year s not a cheap hotel so when spending this type of money to offer a dinner or a bottle of wine would have been nice.
Exceptional service. Annika Melanson, Director of Front Office went above & beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you Annika & staff for caring about your guests and making our girls weekend extra special. We will be back!!!
This was the first mother daughter trip and the first visit to Charleston. We definitely wished we had stayed more than four days. There is so many things to do and see. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Service was excellent and room service delicious and amazing. We definitely would like to return.
