Top of the line luxury & service! I'm not a "napper," but the bedding was like laying on a cloud; which made for an extremely relaxing vacation! Room was always clean and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Add the French bakery in the morning and I almost didn't want to go home!!

Safety: Always felt safe with the same faces at the door greeting us when we came and went!
Walkability: Close to everything we did!
Food & drinks: Awesome! Room service offered the best caviar and chachutarri board I've ever had!

Hotel Bennett is everything I was looking for in a suite hotel. The Camillias was my fav for champagne, La Patisserie for crossiants and coffee, pool, spa. The staff was always friendly, it was like being in Europe with southern hospitality! The room was well appointed but I gave it 4 star because the furniture needed refreshing. We will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay at the end of March. Every person we encountered was helpful, kind and professional. Kevin, the concierge, was hands down the best resource! He was so knowledgeable and everything we experienced because of his guidance was a 10/10. If he is working, definitely take time to talk with him. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to many sites/restaurants. The rooftop bar and cafe on site were both fantastic. As far as cleanliness, it was as expected for a hotel of this status. The bed was comfortable and it was excellent to have blackout shades in the room. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we’d happily book again.

Absolutely in love with this hotel! First shoutout goes to Lilly (front desk) and Max (bell/valet), they were above and beyond warm and defined southern hospitality. I am Titanium with Marriott and they left an impression on me and my whole family with their level of service!
The property is centrally located and we had already splurged on a suite but received a nice upgrade as we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. Beautiful hotel and we will certainly be back and doubtful but hope to see some of the same friendly faces

Edit: Hotel Bennett reached out and we gave them another shot. It was very relaxing and enjoyable and very much what we had expected during our first stay. I will say that a common theme on both was the staff at every level is super friendly and helpful. If you get them on a busy weekend things might not go smooth but they will do everything in their power to make it up to you!

Everyone from the car valets to our room(very clean) to our Valentine meal in Gabrielle’s… to our concierge who got us the perfect restaurant for before our evening at the Dock Theatre and our transportation to and from dinner!! And finally the Spa as husband had a conference to go to .. so I took in a peppermint body wrap and facial.. amazing and wonderful staff!!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Bennett last week. It was my third time staying there. It was a solo trip, a bit of business, mixed with some relaxation. I travel solo very often and I have to say, this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. The moment you walk into the Grand Hall, you are not only struck by the beauty of the hotel, but also all of the meticulous details that went into the design and decor. The hotel is truly a work of art. But the most impressive part of the Hotel Bennett, is the people. From my first interaction with the bell hop, Christian, to the wonderful front desk staff, everyone was so friendly and willing to help. I had three wonderful conversations before I even reached my room. The room itself is gorgeous and so welcoming. It is refined and sophisticated without feeling cold or stuffy. Housekeeping always provided everything I needed and the turn down service is not to be missed. For me, the stars of the show are the Lobby bar and restaurant staff. I was in the bar often to eat, drink and work. I am pretty sure I met all the bartenders, bar backs, servers, and hostesses. They were all extremely impressive. Not only with their white glove service and amazing mixology skills, but their personalities were so much fun. Watching them interact not only with guests but also with each other was something I was highly impressed with. They are truly a team and seem to enjoy what they do. As I watched them, it became clear they that have a true respect for every individual guest that they served. This is a testament not only to them but also to upper management and owners. It's glorious to see how happy employees can be when they feel supported and taken care of by their employer. Hotel Bennett is a shining example of what should be expected at all 5 star hotels and resorts. I had the best time there and am already planning a trip back in March to celebrate my 40th birthday. The Hotel Bennett is a beautiful hotel in a stunning building and location, but the strength and warmth of the Bennett comes from those who show up everyday to make strangers smile and provide a one of a kind luxury experience. I cannot wait to go back!
