I was excited to eat here as ours closed in Summerville. I always get half a salad and half potato soup meal. Yesterday will be the last time I ever buy anything from them. I ordered my meal and sat down to eat my soup. The entie 16oz. had 1 potatoe in it. I took it back up to them. The older lady working snatched it from me and threw it in the trash. I love Ladles on Folly. The food I order is always so fresh and delicious, plus, the cooks and servers are very friendly and kind. The lady at the cash register is always a mix of helpful, cantankerous, kindhearted, and grumpy, just like your favorite grouchy aunt! I agree with another poster that mentioned the register person. She was not very congenial. Food was ok. I would like to mention that the online menu on their website is not correct, as of 6/5/24. As the register lady expressed with contempt, that it is in fact 5 years old (which I guess I should have known based on her reaction).
