Joe was spectacular, the food fantastic, and honestly, even if it wasn’t - we’d be back just for Joe. We heard amazing things about the food, and it lived up to the hype - the bruschetta is fantastic. But Joe made our experience.

The food is delicious which is unfortunately undermined the incredibly rude staff. The front of house staff at this establishment leaves much to be desired. By far the WORST experience for customer service in all of Charleston. After years of being essentially abused by the hosts and hostesses with their ever changing seating rules based substantially off of their personal preferences ans biases we won’t be returning!
Rude and unprofessional hostesses. I know it is a college town but I would expect a high end place like this would have at least some standard of training and attitude. Disappointing.

I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered chicken with pasta. The chicken was tough and overcooked. The chicken covered the pasta which was cooked perfectly but there was no sauce. Two others at my table ordered this meal and they expressed the same. My daughter had a shrimp and pasta dish and she said it was delicious. Our appetizers were also delicious.

We visit Le Farfalle every time we visit Charleston, as it is a tradition for me and my son. We love the food and the atmosphere. We can’t wait to have many more trips together to enjoy there.
Beautifully curated. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive and wanted to make everyone happy, down to the wine pairings, and appetizer choices. Food was delicious. Bathrooms could use an update.

We had a wonderful dinner and experience at Le Farfalle! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how absolutely gorgeous the restaurant is — both inside and out. The atmosphere feels elegant yet welcoming.
The service was truly impeccable. Every detail was handled so professionally — plates and utensils cleared seamlessly between courses, and every staff member we interacted with was attentive and kind without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find service this polished and consistent.
As for the food… phenomenal! The whipped ricotta was a standout appetizer. And as someone who eats gluten-free, I was blown away by their gluten-free pasta — it actually tasted like real pasta. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
Le Farfalle easily became one of our favorite dining experiences in Charleston. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves great Italian food, impeccable service, and a stunning atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

The fact that this place is only 4.4 is criminal. This is an easy 5 stars for me. Cameron our server was excellent as well as the rest of the staff. The food was also top tier. We will be back!

La Farfelle is one of our absolute favorites in Charleston. The food is always so good! We’ve never had a bad meal here. Darlene goes above and beyond every time, and we were touched that she even remembered us after a year! She makes every visit feel special. Our server, Macaela, was also wonderful, attentive, kind, and made sure everything was just right. Between the consistently delicious food and the amazing service, La Farfelle is a place we always look forward to returning to!

We would definitely want to come back here. The food was so good. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on this menu. The only negative is that restaurant was loud. If it weren’t so hot, it would have been perfect to sit outside. Just ate here last night and I’m still dreaming about the pasta, longing for more.

Drinks were good, the restaurant itself is nice but very loud. That isn't their fault, just stating that it was hard to hold conversation. it was so dark I had to use my phone to see the menu. Our server was great, and the bartender was great. The appetizer we got the whipped ricotta was pretty good, but our main meals were in my opinion just ok. I had Chicken Milanesa and for 9 dollars got a side plate of spaghetti with red sauce. My wife got Chicken Parm. Im not sure if this place knows where the salt is in the kitchen. Was it bad, NO, was it just OK, YES. For how much it costs and all the hype I had seen on social media, we were all extremely disappointed. We all agreed we would not go back. We had better Italian on King Street that was far less money.
