Fun rooftop spot with a trendy vibe and great aesthetics. They have indoor and outdoor seating but the court yard is definitely worth it if weather permitting. There is a great fire place for the cooler nights and overall is an excellent pick for girls night, bachelorette parties or any excuse to get dolled up and have fun cocktails and raw bar! A bit pricey but all the trendy spots usually are.

Cool place to go - atmosphere was great. Food and drinks were good. Service was awful. Rude waiters. Restaurant area was nearly empty and acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time.

OBSESSED with this happy hour experience. The atmosphere is perfect and decor adorable. We sat at the outside bar and the bartender was attentive. I got a mojito and really enjoyed it. I felt like the happy hour pricing was fair, at $8 for the cocktail.

I went here to check out all of the Christmas set up. I sat at the outside bar and was welcomed by the bartender. I drank a white wine and ordered the hummus. I loved the texture of the hummus. It tastes delicious and I ate the whole thing like I haven't eaten anything in years the atmosphere was awesome. I eventually had friends come and I sat by the fire and it was very lovely. I would love to go back and try all the thing won the menu. I love how it was upstairs and I loved the vibe so much

Stopped in here last night after they were featured as a holiday themed ski lodge bar with holiday themed spirits. When we arrived we were told there would be an hour and 15 fifteen minute wait for our party of 6 even though there were plenty of empty tables. Ok fine. Our wait ended up only being about 45 minutes…great! We went to the hostess stand and again the front room was empty with the exception of a few people at the bar. The hostess puts together three small tables for our party in this diner looking room. Not quite the ski lodge atmosphere as advertised. We asked if we could sit in the nicer renovated room and were told no tables were available, again plenty of empty tables. But if one opened up, she’d move us (never happened). As we sat at the table outside the door, we watched them parade trendy dressed, younger patrons to the “fancy” room. Guess we weren’t fancy room people. Wouldn’t even have cared if the holiday menu contained more than three basic winter themed drinks (hot toddy, Irish coffee and some tea, as well as a $40 chocolate fondue). We ordered the popcorn and chips from the snack menu and cocktails from their standard menu. The popcorn was stale and gross. The cocktails were overpriced. Our server gave us our checks and then disappeared. We waited well over 15 minutes before getting up and attempting to pay at the bar. That got her attention and she didn’t seem pleased, but oh well. Hotel part looked nice, but we won’t be back the Little Palm (or Little Pine, their holiday name) anytime soon.

Little Palm, located at the Ryder Hotel is a unique spot. This second floor poolside bar is located on Meeting Street, on the second floor of the hotel. There is some light people watching from just above Meeting Street, a unique bar/pool setup and an inclusive culture and vibe. The drinks are a bit on the pricer side, but you really are paying for the ambiance of the bar.The pool is small, but there is a feel of escapism and relaxation that has a style all its own. This is a cute stop and very Instagram worthy.

This hotel is so gorgeous, especially at night during the Christmas season. However, the service is really not great. We came for drinks, and after getting our order wrong they gave us our drinks. Then, for the next hour and a half we were there, no one stopped by our table to check on us, ask if we wanted another drink, or take our empty drinks away. Honestly I was so dissapointed because the hotel itself is so cute but the staff and service just doesn’t add up. Some of the staff was nice but some also kinda had an attitude and we just felt really dissapointed with our experience for what we paid.

I have given Little Palm a chance 3 times now. I was hoping that they were just having an off-day, but every single time I've been there the service has been inconsistent, un-hospitable, and insanely awkward. The first time we asked the bartender upon arrival if we could split our tabs and he said, "Yes." When one of our group asked to close out the bartender printed the entire bill and said he couldn't split. We brought it up to the lady manager on staff and she blankly stared at us and said they never split tabs. The 2nd time, I sat at the corner of the bar with a group of friends... we all split our tabs...The third and FINAL time I will ever be going to this place was last night when we went with a group of 10 co-workers (who all work in hospitality, BTW) for after happy hour. When we walked in we said we were only there for drinks. The host hesitated and said he wasn't sure if there were enough tables... The entire restaurant, outside bar, and patio was EMPTY except for 3 people... We said we didn't need a table and could just get drinks at the bar (either inside OR outside, on their newly renovated patio) but he told us to wait. The same manager came up to us from before, looked at our group and said she could push some tables together. I told her I could help since we were standing right next to a bunch of tables, but she said, no and pointed to some tables in the far back corner near the kitchen. We asked if we could sit out on the patio and they said, "No, you need to order food if you sit out there." This was also inconsistent from time I went before. The tables the manager pushed together had our group squeeze together and scoot down a giant wooden booth so that if one person had to go to the bathroom everyone had to get out. We got one drink and closed out and the bartenders gave us a dirty look as if something were our fault... I've worked in F&B before and was always taught to be hospitable to your gests and treat them with respect -- apparently this overpriced tiki bar is too good for that.

Little Palm is a wonderful place to meet with friends any time of the year. They have fun cocktails, great food (I typically just grab light bites), and a wonderful atmosphere. During the summer, it is always fun to hang by the pool bar and grab a fun summer cocktail. They recently added the backyard area, which is a wonderful spot for anytime of the year, but will be exceptional this winter season with the large fireplace. I highly recommend for a girls night out, date, or just for fun!
