Awesome!!! Excellant quality, seasoning, and plating.
ASHLEY and Austin were fabulously friendly. It was our first time, and we will be back! Atmosphere was at the perfect level as we sat outside at the bar. Didn't know there was live music, my wife missed out. High KUDOS
Got take out
The food taste and quality here has really gone down. I was once a faithful customer but the last couple times have really changed my perspective on this place. The sushi guy that used to work here doesn't anymore.
Never disappoints
Half price night on Wednesday is awesome on sushi ! We normally sit at the bar because there’s a long wait and it’s first come first serve at the bar. Food is fantastic and Price is awesome. Our bartender who is always there is fantastic.
Not a fan of the sushi.

Locals Sushi & Pub was a 10/10 experience✨ Thank you Charlotte for the amazing service!?The on tap beer had an amazing variety. Fresh herbs in sushi, highly recommend the Pacific Roll??? Highly impressed, would recommend sitting on back porch with pond view! ?️

Absolutely my favorite sushi in Charleston! Very sad as we come here so often, when we walked in 2 young girls (hosts) had the absolute worst attitudes ever. Frowning, twiddling hair, rolling their eyes and yelling at each other. It was something out of a movie honestly, I thought they were about to cat fight. Anyways we might be back but the other locations tend to have friendlier service.

I went to Locals for the first time this past Saturday afternoon to visit a friend who works there. I found the atmosphere to be quite cordial. I met and spoke with multiple staff members, and they were all friendly and engaging. I also found their menu an interesting surprise. I never expected Hibachi options at what I thought was "just another sports bar" but, in my opinion..and according to a few friends I've spoken to since, their food is great. I think Locals has made itself unique with their menu options, and having friendly staff members is always a plus. I decided on Steak Teriyaki Hibachi, and I enjoyed it very much...to the point that I nearly forgot to snap a pic JIC I ended up submitting a review. ? To the owners, I enjoyed it..I'll be back. To the staff,.. keep doing what you're doing. If you're in the area sometime, go check out Locals. ?

Great sushi and tacos. Bartender was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant was not overcrowded. Too hungry for any pictures.

Only went here for the discount sushi night and was a disappointment. The food was not very flavorful and the portion size of the sushi rolls were the smallest I have ever seen in my life. All rice and no meat/filling.

Loud sports bar atmosphere. Better than decent sushi rolls. Most of the servers are great.
Parking: Tuna, yellowtail maki rolls and edamame are good as is the miso soup.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with kids...especially on 1/2 price sushi rolls night (Wednesday, on James Island).
