We stopped at LoLo’s on our way from Folly Beach. Food was delicious with attentive service. We had the shrimp with fried grit cake, excellent flavors, and fried shrimp, fried green tomatoes, and hush puppies. The breading was light on the fried food and delicious. Highly recommend.

Stopped for our first time (we're local) today. There were more people working than customers, yet we sat for a good 10 minutes and no one ever came to take our drink or food order, but we could hear and see all the staff through the window laughing and talking. Also we asked to be sat outside for the view and despite there only being one other couple outside who had finished their meal, we were sat essentially roadside, as far from the water as possible. I wasnt expecting anything spectacular since its mostly fried seafood, but thats what we were in the mood for. Not sure who all the folks are that rave about this place. Maybe the food really is that great. Shame we didn't get to try it.

We happily stumbled upon LoLo’s during an afternoon ride back downtown from Folly Beach. So glad we did because the food was outstanding. We started out with two crab cakes, and they were delicious and huge. For my dinner, I got fried flounder, fries, slaw and hush puppies. I rarely get fried food because usually it’s just too much batter and grease. However, LoLo’s fried flounder was lightly battered, so I could actually taste the fish. It was perfect. The fries were some of the best I’ve had—nice and crispy, not greasy. My daughter got one of the evening specials—seafood pasta with Alfredo sauce and sun dried tomatoes. She said it was fantastic. Her meal also came with a big beautiful salad, and she shared some of it with me. We both couldn’t eat all of our food and had to take leftovers home. As a bonus, we were seated with a sunset view of the intracoastal waterway. And last but not least, we had Nancy as our server, and she was an absolute doll! Eat at LoLo’s—you will love it.

The food was delicious and the seafood was a great value. However, our server did not come back to check on us until after we finished our food. It was dinner time, so maybe she was busy with other patrons. However,it would have been nice to get what we needed to make our meal more enjoyable.

This place is a gem. Art for sale in walls. One of the best shrimp po’boys I have had in a long time. Got mine with rémoulade and old bay. The right kind of bread for it. Street corn good and the locklear salad with tomato ginger dressing. Wonderful.

Recommended by a local folly resident. She crab soup was very nutmegy but my daughter enjoyed it. The crab cheese dip was really good! The drinks were delightful and well-made. Sat on the porch on the river, and it was exactly what i wanted. Loved it!!

Fried green tomatoes with dill shallot mayo….. yummy. She crab soup had huge lumps of crab meat. A little spicy but still really good. The shrimp and grits….OMG! Delicious. Service was great. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We sat outside and watched the sunset. It was a gorgeous spot, but the food was just OK. Hush puppies were good as was the low country boil. Flounder and shrimp were not the best. Service was pretty good, but I think they forgot about us a time or two because we were outside around back. Parking lot is small. Prices were high.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options.

The Food was so amazing! It's definitely that "whole in the wall" looking type of place but so worth it. We did sit inside near window to look out into the water. We arrived at lunch on a Friday, no wait at all. Our server was very sweet and observant. We will go back to LoLos!!!Parking: It had its own lot.
